Colby and I get dressed and make our way downstairs to where everyone else is, in the kitchen. I open up the fridge and pour myself a glass of orange juice
"Talia can you come shopping with me to get last minute Christmas things?" Corey ask
"Erm sure, but how come your asking me not one of the boys?"
"Need girls advice" Corey shrugs
"Ok well when do you want to leave?"
"Now if your ready?"
"Ok let me just drink this then we can go. Amor can you run upstairs for me and grab my purse" Colby nods his head and kisses me cheek before going back up the stairs. I open my cupboard up and find a packet of mints, these seemed to help with sickness when I was at Corey's
"Talia I've never been more confused than I am now. Orange juice and mints?" Sam raises an eyebrow
"Well..." I try to think of an excuse "I need to start eating better and I need more vitamin C so hence the orange juice but I also want a mint so yeah" Sam squints at me as if he doesn't believe me. Thankfully Colby returns with my purse in his hand "ok Corey should we go?" I ask
"Yeah see you guys later" we head out of the house and into Corey's car.

After a couple minutes Corey speaks
"Does Colby know?"
"Know what?"
"That your pregnant"
"How the fuck do you know that?"
"Because when we were at mine I went to the toilet and put something in the bin. I saw a pregnancy test in there and the puzzle pieces fit. You were gone a while, you haven't felt well, you have this nagging feeling to stop ghost hunting, the psychics said that they see babies for you and Colby soon and your drinking orange juice with mints so tell me have you told Colby?"
"Yeah. I told him this morning"
"How do you feel?"
"Scared, but happy. Just don't tell anyone yet please"
"I won't" I look over to Corey who briefly looks at me and smiles before looking back to the road.

I help Corey get some things for each of the girls, I buy some prenatal vitamins while we're out as well before heading back home. When Corey and I arrive home the girls are already over, I put my shopping back on the counter top
"Hey girlies"
"Pool afternoon, go put swimming stuff on"
Kat pushes me towards the stairs
"At least let me bring my bag up"
"I'll get it now go go go" I shake my head and walk up to mine and Colby's room. A minute later there's a knock on the door while I'm looking through my draws trying to find a bathing suit
"Come in" Kat walks in in her bikini, she drops the bag on the bed and sits down next to it
"Have you found a bathing suit yet?"
"Yeah just need to get changed" I pull out a black and gold bikini
"Did you buy any gum or anything?" Kat opens up the bag but before I could say anything she picks up the prenatal vitamins "Talia are you pregnant?"
"What no. I must have picked them up by mistake" I try to play it off
"Your pregnant aren't you?" I sigh which makes Kat smile "ahhh" she squeals running to me and pulling me into a hug
"I'm not hiding this very well am I?" I frown a little
"Who knows?"
"Colby, Corey's mom and sister, Corey and now you"
"Ok why does..." she frowns confused. I sit on the bed and explain what happened at Corey's
"Don't tell anyone yet, please. Not even Sam although I'm sure Colby will have told him by the end of the week, we haven't even told Colbys parents yet"
"Ok well your secret is safe with me but I'm not sure how your gonna hide it living in this house"
"I know I'm gonna speak to Colby about when we will tell everyone"
"So how far along are you then?" Kat asks smiling
"Erm not entirely sure either 2 weeks or 2 months. I need to ring the doctors still"
"Do it now go on" Kat passes me my phone.

I make a quick phone call and I'm booked in for a scan to see how far I actually am. I put on my bikini and look in my full body mirror and sigh
"I'm gonna start to look bloated soon"
"But just think about the little life you have inside"
"To be honest Kat that thought actually makes me feel sick, like the idea that I have a human inside me" I shudder a little at the thought making Kat laugh
"Come on" Kat takes my hand and we head downstairs. I grab a packet of mints and a bottle of water. I place them down on a sun bed with my phone and walk over to the pool, sitting down and dipping my feet in. Colby swims over
"Everything ok?"
"Yeah" I lean down to him "Kat and Corey found out. I've rang the doctor and got an appointment for next Thursday" I whisper
"How did they find out?"
"Little detectives they are" I giggle "I know normally you wait but it's gonna be hard hiding this from Jake, Corey and Sam then when they know it's not fair they hid it from the girls especially because Kat knows now. I think we should tell them after our appointment next week"
"Whatever you want baby. Now get that sexy ass in this pool" I slide down and Colby wraps his arms around my waist and I wrap mine around his neck.
