The Langham Hotel part 3/4

"Wait did you hear that?" Corey points to the closest "it was like a squeak"
"What like the hangers or something?" I ask. Corey demonstrates what he heard. Colby gives him the EMF detector, Corey checks the closet and it barley goes green when he puts it on the hangers
"If the errr, if the dressing gowns keep moving.." Jake starts but is interrupted by Colby
"I'm sorry to interrupt you bro but look. Vortex" Colby points at the mirror facing the bathroom mirror
"You know you said you had a headache earlier sam?" I say
"Yeah?" Sam points the camera to me
"I've started to get one now"
"That might be why this is the most haunted room. Babe come lie down a minute" Colby says walking over to the bed. Corey goes into the bathroom with the EMF detector and starts yelling
"It's yellow look Sam it's yellow" Colby goes in the bathroom while I stay on the bed with a pounding headache
"But look it goes when you turn it away but it lights up when you get close to the vortex" I hear Sam say
"Taila" I hear a woman whisper. She sounds like my mamá
"Mamá?"
"Be careful. He's here" she says in my ear again
"Who's here? Mamá?"
"Talia come check this out" Colby calls me into the bathroom "look every time Corey moves it in that area the lights go off watch" Corey demonstrates
"That's weird. Errrm guys, while I was in there I swear my mamá was talking to me. She said to be careful because he's here"
"Who's he?" Jake asks
"I- I don't know" i nervously say
"Dude I have a horrible fucking headache" Corey rubs the back of his head
"That's 3 off us with a headache" Sam freaks out
"What if that's how they died. The man who killed his wife. What if he hit her over the head or shot her in the head then shot himself in the head. Maybe more people have died in this room than we know" Corey continues to check the bathroom and we find that the shower also lights up
"I have a theory which links to what Talia said. What if she was in the bathroom and he sneak attacks her" Jake says
"Then he kills himself. Wow" Corey agrees that it could have happened
"And the reason the mirror is going off is because it saw the whole thing happen. Didn't you do a ritual once about mirrors and the energy they hold"
"Oh my god your right" Sam points at me. We walk out the bathroom and into the bedroom. The boys try to see if the window is haunted where a man may have jumped out of but nothing happens
"Let's set up the green grid in the bathroom. See if anything moves in there" I suggest
"Yeah I think thats a good idea actually"
"Oh god look. There's a mirror there as well so no matter what you can't expect the vortex" Jake points out after noticing a mirror on the back of the bathroom door" I go and lie back down on the bed. Sam Corey and Colby go back in the bathroom for a minute while Jake stays with me
"So your mamá spoke to you?" He asks
"Yeah. It's was weird she was like whispering to me trying to warn me about something being here"
"It's back" we hear the boys say in the bathroom, just then the bed starts to shake
"Wait do you feel that?" Jake asks me
"Yeah I do. It's like it's shaking or vibrating" Jake gets up while I carry on lying down. He goes to explain to the others what's going on then comes back with Corey. Sam and Colby shut the doors in the bathroom and stay in there
"Can you make the bed shake again" Jake asks as we're all lying down on it
"Can you feel it vibrating" I ask Corey
"Yeah slightly. That's weird..."
"We're here" I hear whisper from the closer. I look over to Corey who's freaked out, Jake sits up as Corey goes and opens the bathroom door
"Ok Jake asked for whatever shook the bed to do it again. Then something just went we're here" Corey whispered the last part. Colby and sam both have a go at at seeing if the bed shakes for them, Colby barley feels it but Sam said he felt it.

We all go back into the bathroom and use the green grid to see if we can see if anything moves
"I'm trying to hold it as still as I can" Sam says
"Shhh" I say as I can here a banging noise
"Was that the bed?" Jake asks
"No it wasn't" Corey freaks
"I don't know if this is working" Colby points to the green grid "in the mirror it's just confusing" we take it back to the room and try again "I don't know about this light box guys. I think we should try the voice box" we then all hear a click in the bathroom
"I'm not gonna lie but these dots are making my head feel worse" I say closing my eyes and sitting on the edge of the bed. We turn off the grid and Corey gets a text
"Oh god. So my little brother just text me out of nowhere and it's kinda freaking me out"
"What does it say?" I ask Corey
"He goes 'hey I just saw your new video and at the end of it where you were taking about how it kept saying save me and you were wondering what you should do, I just wanted to let you know' my little brothers 14 by the way 'I went to a psychic lady and she told me I have powers to send ghost to the other side LOL all I have to say is you are free to go to the other side and it helps them go through. I know this sounds stupid but ever since I talked to her I've been seeing giant black figures in my room every night and when I sleep it feels like someone's watching me' that's what my little brother just text me"
"What the fuck" I breath out "do you think he's seeing...."
"Talia please don't finish that sentence"
"But Corey do you think he is?"
"You know what's freaky. I was 14 when I first saw the shadowman"
"Woah" Sams eyes widen
"I'm just in this mood where I'm tired of running and I want to figure out what happens. If my little brother is seeing the shadowman right now then this is a big fucking deal"
"I think we now need to understand what's going on so that we can help" I say giving Corey a reassuring smile
"If you feel that it's slightly your fault. Then let's fix it" Colby says
"I think we should call it a night for now maybe regroup at 3am and go from there?" I shrug and the boys all agree.
