He stops the car at this lovely house. I'm confused. He gets out and walks to my side and open the door.

"This is where me and my family stay" he said and grabs my hand. I nod. We walk up the stairs and into the house. "More stairs" I huff and he laughs at me.

We go up them and come to this nice living area I guess.

"So you ready to talk?" He ask me and sits down.
I don't as I want to be able to make a quick run if I have to.
"Yea" I say and take a deep breath.
"I know you won't hurt me but I know your a vampire you and your family and I also want you to know that I trust you" I say all at once. He nods at me and stand up.
"Are you sure your not scared because I can hear your heart racing" he told me.
"I'm nervous" I admit.
"Why?"
"I don't know"
He smirks and suddenly picks me up and it was so fast.
"Your fast" I say and he laughs.
"Perks of being this way I guess" he said and puts me down.
"What else?" I ask
"Well we have super strength and heightened senses along with gifts well for some" he told me.
"Like what?" I ask
"Edward can read minds" he starts and I gasped "does that mean he knows what I'm thinking all the time?" I ask sorta nervous.
"Only some of them others he can't and with Bella he doesn't hear anything"
"So what's wrong with us?"
"Nothing" he chuckle.
"Alice she has visions she can see the future based on your decisions and jasper he has pathokinesis"
"What the hell is that?" I ask and he laughs loudly
"Basically where he changes the emotions people have or he feels them" I nod at that but I'm still confused.
"Emmett what are we?" I suddenly asked
"I mean we had sex and we talk and flirt but what are we?" I say
"We're mates" he answers and I sigh.
He's saying things like I just know all the meanings I'm smart but I'm slow all at the same time.
"Ok what that mean"
"That were destined to be together and I was hoping for you to be my badass girlfriend" he said and I smile.
"Of course my sexy grizzly bear" I say and he leans down and kiss me.
We pull away from each other. "Do you drink human blood?"
"No me and my family call ourselves veterans which means we feed off animals."
I breathe a sigh of relief.
Time skip
"So Rosalie found you and Carlisle turned you"
"Yea after I woke up Carlisle thought me and rose would be mates but we wasn't we were just friends, rose found her mate Stefan a year after I turned"
"Did it hurt?" I ask
"Yea it did but nothing hurts worse then hearing your own heart stop beating and not being able to go back to your family" he explained and I hug him.
"I'm sorry" I say and he just holds on to me tighter
"Come on let me show you my room, I added an extra thing in there for you" he said and I nod.
We get up and he grabs my hand and lead me up more damn steps.
Man I will not need to work out if I keep coming here. I can feel myself losing weight going up these steps.
He leads me down the hallway and to a door and opens it.

"Someone likes his games" I said and Emmett just gives me a big smile.
"Yea but I added the bed in here for you" he said and I go and lay on it.
"Lord knows I need it after walking up all them stairs" I say and he laughs.
"Also did you just say added?"
"Yea I did, we don't sleep so I didn't have a bed in here at first" he explained and I nod.
"Cool" I say and he shrugged.
"Come lay with me" I say and he does.
He pulls me to him and I feel myself slowly drifting off.
