February-
B.M

I think I like Ben. He is so sweet and charming and he speaks in a way similar to that of the poem I received when I was 13. Ben would make a great poet. We're the only singles left in the group thanks to Richie and Eddie getting together. But I'm so happy for them. We all are. They've been dating for three months and they spent Christmas together at Richie's parents. They're so cute together too, they just work. Bill and Audra seem happy together too and Stanley and Patty were made for one another.

Ben looks up at me and smiles. We decided to study together baring the fact that the others were all preoccupied with their partners. I smile back at Ben and he continues to draw whatever it is he's planning to build.

"I reckon you could have your own company, Ben." I say and he looks up at me once more.

"Really?" He asks with a sweet smile and I nod. He grins even wider, making me chuckle.

"Hey, Ben, can I ask you something?" I ask and he nods." January embers?"

"My heart burns there too." Ben replies and I don't even gasp. I'm not surprised. Why did my thirteen year old self think it was Bill? I'm so stupid.

"So it was you." I say and he blushes. It makes him look super attractive." Oh my god. I finally found you. Your way with words I...I've never felt more loved. I-thank you, Ben. Really."

"You're welcome. Beauty should be appreciated." He says and I blush. It's probably really prominent too, given that I'm pale as hell. Ben grins at the sight of my blushing and I bite my lip anxiously." Hey, Beverly, would you maybe...wanna go on a date with me?"

"Sure." I respond almost instantly with a wide smile." How about Friday at eight?"

"Yeah...yeah that's perfect!" Ben replies and he looks flushed. We smile at eachother and then continue to study.

I'm going on a date with Bev Marsh. BEVERLY FREAKING MARSH. The absolute light of my life since I was thirteen. All I ever wanted was for her to be happy. She dated Bill from 8th grade to 12th grade and she seemed happy with him, so I was happy for her but now...now she is actually interested in me. I'm the source of her happiness and comfort and I swear that Miss Beverly Elfrida Marsh is going to have the best date ever!

I never truly forgot Beverly. Sure, I forgot the memory of her and what she looked like but I remembered how she made me feel. I kept the signature page from my middle school year book...she was the only one that signed and everytime I looked at it I just felt loved and happy. Now I need to make her feel like that on this date. To treat her like the princess she is. To let her know how she made me feel as a teen.

B.M

I did not think Richie and Eddie would be in my dorm on a Friday night to help me get ready for a date, but here we are. Well, I say they're helping me to get ready for the date, but the only person who's actually helping me is Kay. Richie and Eddie are arguing, like usual. Eddie is studying on my bed and Richie is sat at the vanity, spinning on the stool and painting his nails whilst Be My Baby by the The Ronettes is playing on my record player. Richie and Eddie got into an argument over which color suits me best and Kay is laughing. She's used to their antics by now. She's been to many parties with them. For example, my 21st and also Bill's 21st. They ended up being rowdy and they argued both nights. But that's just the way they express their love. They're deeply in love with one another and I am so happy for them.

"You look so pretty!" Kay states over the top of Richie teasing Eddie and Eddie yelling 'fuck off!' at him. She finishes on eyeshadow and I open my eyes to see her grin.
