Wangxian - A new chapter

Chapter 14

Zidian??
The cloud recesses was calm and peaceful. All were doing there duties. Sect leader lan along with sect leader jiang and lan Qiren were discussing about the current events while the rest young masters were sitting near the river.Hours had passed since they left jingshi. Sect leader Nie, Nie Mingjue arrived at Gusu.
"What happened? Why so crowded?" Sect Leader Nie's loud voice brought there attention. Xichen stood up, "Sect Leader Nie" he welcomed.
"Ah, Grandmaster lan, Sect Leader Jiang, Sect Leader Lan." The big man saluted back.
"Your sudden visit?" Fengmian.
"I was nearby for my sects buisness so thought to check on my brother. So how is he? Did he cause any problems. Feel free to punish him." He said at once. Xichen and Fengmian smiled.
" It's nothing we have many other problems here" Fengmian said. Mingjue raised his brows looking at the youngest sect leader.
"Its good that you are here sect leader nie. There are something we need to discuss sooner or later." He said calmly.
"Did my brat did something. I will break his legs." Mingjue raised his voice. If Huisang was here there was a huge chance for him to run or cry for his life.
" He didn't" came reply from Qiren.
Xichen started explaining everything that happened the last days. About Wei Wuxian fainting, him saying future, time travellers and Lan Wangji's daughter.
"I knew it she was Wangji's daughter but she has a mischief especially.." he trailed off.
" Her smile." Xichen filled for him. The others nodded.
"Her smile reminds me of someone." Qiren said all of a sudden.
" Who uncle???"
"You think so too. It's too similar but how??"
"Can anyone break the suspense" Mingjue said irritated. Xichen nodded.
"Cangse Sanren" the elder said together.
"Young master Wei mother??" Xichen asked in disbelief. And recieved a nod from both.

Soon a pleasent guqin and dizi sounded along with a beautiful chirping sound of someone happily laughing. No one had ever experienced something like this in cloud recesses. So young master Jiang, nie and Jin along with maiden Jiang went towards the sound. They saw Lan Qiren, Xichen, Mingjue and Jiang Fengmian walking towards the same destination. The youngster saluted the elders while Huisang who was shocked to see his brother hide behind Yanli who smiled and together the walked towards the sound and saw the most beautiful view.
Lan Wangji was sitting near a tree with many bunnies surrounding him with guqin on his lap. A small smile played on his lips as he watched the young girl Lan Xian running after bunnies giggling and laughing. Wei Wuxian was sitting beside Wangji there shoulders touching playing dizi. The young boy was sitting beside him in an upright position petting the rabbit on his lap with a beautiful smile on his face. None of them were aware of the viewers watching them. As soon as Wangji stopped a-xian ran towards her father and sat on his lap giggling.
"Ahh a-li don't run so much. What of you fall." Wuxian scolded calmly. The watchers snickered watching the most reckless person scolding someone for recklessness.
"Don't worry. I have my a-die to catch me when I fall." She said rubbing Wei Ying's face and kissed Wangji's cheek who just smiled lovingly.
"And what about me. You are such a snitch. It was me who brought up you and you always take side of your father. Poor me." Wei Ying said dramatically pouting wiping his fake tears. Wen Jian looked at him worried.
" Really??" She said but seeing Wei Ying's face she got up from Lan Zhans lap and sat on Wei Yings lap and kissed him.
"A-li loves you too a-niang" she whispered in his ears. Wei Ying instantly smiled idiotically.
A-li just rolled her eyes at her mother  something she got from her jiujiu and started running again.
" A-li you really need to learn that from cheng cheng. Come here let me catch you." Wei Ying shouted and started running behind her.

Everyone was looking at the little family with an amusing smile.
"Is it only me or do you all think her smile is similar to Wei Wuxian?" Nie Mingjue said.
"It is" many nodded in agreement.
"Is she- " Xichen started but was cut by Jiang Cheng.
"She isn't. She told me herself." He said. Some didn't understood and those did thought ' It was right. How can Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian. They are like fire and ice. It's impossible.'
   A-li was so tired after all the playing that she dozed of on Wei Yings lap. Wangji then carried her to jingshi and saw everyone looking at them. He bowed Wei Ying and Wen Jian followed his que. They all walked to jingshi. After lying her down jian also lied on the other bed as he too was feeling dizzy.
After the kids slept. They got out of the room and placed a barrier at the door and walked towards others.
They entered a room and bowed to everyone present and sat down with each other.
"So you said about all that. What should we do now." Fengmian broke the silence.
" Work together to avoid it." Wangji
"Wens are not the only risk" Wei Ying said.
"What do you mean?" Mingjue.
"There is one more risk but it can be avoided."
" Explain Wei Wuxian" Qiren
"What I mean is if we strengthen ourselves enough we can prevent that and now Wen Rouhan is more important." He said.
"That Wen dog. I already wanted to kill him." Mingjue barked.
"We can't act reckless." Wangji spoke. All looked at him and Wuxian nodded.
"Hanguang jun is right. We can't win against him without a proper plan or we have-" he trailed of.
"Why can't we. If we all three sects come together." Fengmian
"It won't be as easy as one thinks." Wangji.
" We aren't gonna fight with humans but fierce corpse." Wuxian added.
Many noted that the both time traveller were completing each other's sentence. Suddenly Wangji's jade shined and the both of them ran towards jingshi. The kids were hyperventilating.
" Let's do it Lan Zhan" Wei Ying said finally. He was a mother. How can he see his baobei in so much pain. His heart was breaking but he reassured himself.
"Hmm. They will return."

The six young masters of earlier who appeared in Qinghe made there entry at gusu. Luckily Xichen spotted them saying the same line "We need to meet Hanguang jun.' but was shocked to see there appearance. There clothes were covered in dirt and blood, face blackened only two seemed to have clear face out of one had a forehead ribbon.
'Is it Wangji's son.' he thought looking at another mini Hanguang jun.
He allowed all of them to enter. They all were well mannered and bowed to the sect leader respectfully.
Lan Qiren and others were shocked to see more time travellers. But one thing they understood from the new time travellers appearances was that they had to do something now so that they could ensure there safe future.
They led the young masters to jingshi. Xichen called his brother and Wei Wuxian. They came out. Instantly the six bowed together.
"Hanguang jun , senior Wei" they said with a smile. Wuxian returned the smile but couldn't hide his shock from his juniors appearances where as Wangji just looked emotionlessly.
"Apologise Hanguang jun we will change in a minute." They said together. It was really something new for others to see how the six were before Lan Wangji.
"Aiya Hanguang jun. Stop threatening them. They will all change quickly." Wuxian said and turned towards the juniors .
"And you all where were you playing. Come I will give you all your clothes. Have a quick bath. Have you eaten something. Should I cook?" The last line made the juniors shake there head in unison earning a huge laugh from Wei Ying and a head shake from Wangji.
" Go change. Let's have dinner together. We need to work." He said.
The six bowed  to him and others and walked away with Wei Wuxian.
Wei Wuxians this form amused everyone more. He looked like a mother hen along with his chicks which he was.
Wangji too bowed and left for jingshi.
Soon the time travellers had there dinner together which was made by Lan Wangji as his a-xian wished. He cooked each members one favourite.
Some had gathered near jingshi due to smell but no one knew that the esteemed Hanguang jun was the cook.
  The three juniors waited with A-li who was talking nonstop with a-jian. Xichen and others were looking at her. Wangji, Wuxian and three other were absent.
All the young masters were in white cloud recesses uniform. A-li and a-jian were changed into new clothes. Earlier they saw Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian tying the kids hair.
A-li," Jun is this all our family." The boy with a bright smile nodded. It is A-li.
"A-jian, a-li tell me whom you know. I will tell the rest." The boy with the most calm features said who also looked older then most.
The little girl nodded and a-jian showed his rare smile.
They both started together.
"Zhufu" they said looking towards Lan Qiren who had a wide smile all of sudden. The boy nodded.
"He looks so young. But he still has that beard which make me feel want to cut it." She said giggling. They all started giggling. Lan Qiren huffed but smiled. " Brat"
" Chen shushu" she said next. Xichen nodded with smile. Seeing the smile the little girl ran into his arms. First the man was shocked but his little niece was so cute that he got close. She jumped towards her next destination near Jiang sect heir who was sitting trying to ignore. He hadn't expected the girl to come near him and was shocked when she pulled his cheeks. Smiling ear to ear.
"Grumpy cat" she said and  many burst out while Jiang Cheng huffed annoyed.
"A-li" came a warning calm voice from the earlier boy.
"Sorry " she said cutely.
"Cheng jiujiu." She hugged him and the man melted and hugged her back.
Breaking the hug" Who is your jiujiu?" He said. The girls eyes glisten. Jiang Cheng gulped. She shook her head and smiled.
"You were the one who asked me to call you that angry lotus." She said and pulled out her tongue. Her sudden change in behaviour was just like Wei Wuxian they all thought.
She next went to Nie Huisang and hugged him who gladly returned it.
"Sang shushu" she said smiling brightly and looked at the others and pouted And turned back to the time travellers and shook her head.
"It's alright let me introduce others." Came Wei Wuxians voice from far.
The girl ran towards him who hugged back and kissed her cheek. He took her to Jiang Fengmian.
"This is current Jiang sect Leader." He said and raised his brow. The little girl smiled.
" Waizhufu " Wei Wuxian nodded. She hugged the older man who felt a new type of happiness in that innocent smile.
Next Wei Wuxian turned towards Jin Zixuan,
"This is young master Jin"
"Peacock" she blurted out making Wuxian  laugh loudly with other while poor Zixuan turned red.
"A-li don't let your father hear that or he will punish us both." He said calming down. The girl nodded and bowed towards Jin Zixuan,
" Apologise Jin shushu. I just blurted it out. " She said and smiled and Zixuan. Zixuan too wanted the hug from the little angel but he knew there were less chances. But to his surprise a-li hugged him and he happily smiling like an idiot returned the hug.
Next was Nie Mingjue standing like a tall pole. She looked at the man with big doe eyes. Mingjue didn't knew how to react he was never good with kids. Most of them got afraid just by his looks but this girl was looking at him with a huge smile. She turned towards Wei Wuxian,
"Nie shushu is so tall. Even more than a-die." Wuxian nodded and Mingjue smirked proudly.
"But a-die is more handsome." She said making the man's smirk fad and look at her.
"But a-li how did you recognise sect leader nie?" Wuxian asked.
"Ah that sang shushu once said that if I ever meet nie shushu he will look at me as if I had stolen his baxia and won't even bend just stand like a large pole." She said. Wei Wuxian looked at Nie Huisang who was hiding behind his fan and giggled.
Nie Mingjue glared at his brother.
"And what else did he say?" Mingjue asked.
"Ohh he said it's just a facade. He is just afraid to made kids cry but has a soft heart." She said smiling. Mingjue again looked at his brother.
A-li asked the tall man to bend down who agreed easily. She hugged him and just like others nie Mingjue too melted and returned the hug.
Last was Jiang Yanli waiting eagerly for her turn.
The little angel smiled and hugged her, "li yima" she said smiling brightly but before anyone could say her smile turned to a mischievous one as she turned towards the juniors.
"Jun gege." She said mischievously.
Wuxian shook his head while the boys eyes widened in horror as he realised what his sister is gonna do.
"A-li don't you dare. "  He said warning.
"But you should meet them too" she said grinning.
"No" saying the boy ran out.
"But gege" she ran behind. All present shook there head. The were surprised to see the daughter of cold and stoic Lan Wangji who keeps a hand distance between everyone being a social butterfly.
"She was brought up like this. By all four sects." Wuxian filled there curiosity and walked towards the giggling girl.
"Jingyi gege you should meet them. They are your future parents in law" she whispered making the poor boy turn red along with another boy who heard it.
"Ling gege don't you think my idea is great " she asked wiggling her brows. The boys were speechless at the little brats tease.
"A-xian" came a soft voice from Lan Zhan.
The girl turned and in a minute was in her fathers arms.
"Running is forbidden baobei." He said. It was the first time they heard Hanguang jun reprimanding someone for breaking rules in such soft voice.
"Did you had fun?" He asked ignoring everyone. Wei Ying was standing near them with a-jian. The little girl nodded enthusiastically.
"I did a-die. I meet everyone only waipo is left." She said with a hint of disappointed.
"It's alright. We will meet her next time you come. Hmm." He replied. Wuxian tried to control his tears.
"Mn"The little girl smiled brightly.
" Let's say bye together." Wangji said choking. The got again said "mn" and smiled.
A-li, A-jian along with Wuxian and Wangji did a deep bow.
"Meet you all soon " they both said smiling.
A-li finally hugged Qiren and kissed his cheek.
"Don't trouble my a-niang or I will trouble you back once I return." She whispered with an evil smile.
The smile was enough for her father to know," A-xian don't mess around. Let's go." He said and picked her up and carried her to the ritual hall. The door was closed leaving everyone out. Only Wei Wuxian, Lan Wangji, Lan Xian and Wen Jian entered. Soon both kids were layed together. And wangxian started singing there lullaby , then wangxian- song. As both fell asleep the ritual started with A-li. The wangxian couple played there guqin and dizi in a perfect rythm. After almost two hours of continuous playing a-lis sleeping figure started to fade. The played non-stop. Wuxian was choking on his own sobs.  And then a-li faded away. The reality was far more harsh then they assumed. Wei Wuxians cry shrieked in the hall even the people out heard it. The juniors started tearing up. Wangji hugged Wei Ying. He himself was broken badly. He had to once again see his loved ones departure. They started playing again and just like before after next two hours Wen Jian started fading. The boy wasn't there son but was less to. They loved him as much as they loved there baby girl.
He had almost faded when when the door best open and a women stood there. Her eyes swollen red from crying. Dishelleved look she stood there. Wuxian being disturbed in resentment fainted. Wangji continued playing as the women cried bitterly. She lost her son. She looked at lan Wangji.
"Xiong zhang" she ran to him in an embrace.
"Jiayi" he called. Xiao Jiayi. Birth sister of Xiao Xingchen but soul sister of Lan Wangji. The only women who he ever touched or looked at. His cherished meimei.
  As others entered the scene the saw was Lan Wangji hugging a women.
Jiayi fainted in his embrace. Wangji broke the hug and looked at a boys.
"Sizhui, Jingyi" he called.
The boy came and carried her to the room alon with Jingyi.
He then looked at fainted Wei Wuxian and looked at the rest juniors. The understood his command. They knew what he wanted. They always did. And right now he wanted to get out this place and go somewhere far and cry for the loss he faced. He walked out. Xichen was unable to see any expression in his brothers eyes. Their was everything mainly loss.   
Jiang Cheng wasn't that patient or he didn't understood the situation but he didn't like Lan Wangji hugging a women. This might be his wife . He was angered when he saw Wei Wuxian lying down there unconscious while Lan Wangji hugging his wife. He hated it how the man didn't cared about anything. So he grabbed Lan Wangji's collar. Everyone was shocked.
"Do you even care for anyone" he said venom dripping. He didn't knew the turmoil in the other. Lan Wangji just stayed like a dead. He didn't even glance. Zuiruo who saw it came quickly and pulled Jiang chengs hand away. Wangji neither reacted nor said anything.
"Hangu- " before the younger could finish he left like a living corpse.
Zuiruo turned towards Jiang Cheng and glared at him.
"A-cheng you should think before you speak. Do you even know what you said. Hanguang jun just lost his daughter. How could you" Yanli asked in disbelief. It was the first time she bursted out at her brother. She shook her head and walked away.
"I didn't mean it" Jiang Cheng mumbled.
"It's alright Jiang gonzi. My didi is strong" Xichen said but anyone could see he too was hurted due to Jiang Chengs words. He cursed himself for his anger.
