ANDRÉ LOMBARDI'S POV:

"Cut off all my work today..........I don't care, just make sure to find a way to reschedule all of them for tomorrow even if it means there won't be any break for me..........Miss West I employed you to be my personal assistant and not someone that will be firing questions at me anytime she feels like without thinking first, don't test my patience or you will definitely not be working for my company again, am I understood?" I spoke firmly at her over the phone. "Good..........and if your inquisitiveness is killing you so much then I am spending some quality time with my wife and child throughout today so make sure nobody disturbs my line, is that understood?" She answered and I cut the call immediately.

My lips twisted in annoyance when I tasted the nacho I was making for the three of us, the salt wasn't enough. Immediately, I heard the front door slide open. The sound of my wife's heel knocking the tiled floor was accompanied by the playful shout of my daughter.

I quickly told the chef to take care of the meal and left the kitchen to go meet them.

As soon as I entered my living room, the first person I noticed was my wife. Our eyes locked for some seconds as though we haven't seen each other in years.
