**One Week Later**

GABRIELLA'S POV:

"DADDYYY!!!!!" Tequila shrieked the minute she got out of the car and saw...her DAD standing outside his house waiting for her with the biggest smile I had ever seen.

"My little princessa." He said as she ran to give him a warm hug.

"Did you miss me daddy?!?!" She giggled as he took her in her arms and kissed her cheek.

I heaved a very long sigh as I stalled inside my car with my hands on the wheels. Can I just leave without saying anything?

I mentally slapped myself. I AM GABRIELLA DALMONTE! I should never be nervous about meeting someone.

But the problem is that this is someone I'm in love with and hate at the same time. And most of all, my enemy's man.

I turned off the engine and came out, almost banged the door of my Mercedes in the process. I didn't bother bringing any of Tequila's clothes because I remembered when André restocked her entire closet. All i had in my hands were her iPad and fine arts project she still hadn't completed. As for school bag, she had another at André's.

"Miss Dalmonte." He stared, analyzing every detail of me without an ounce of shame.

"Mr. Lombardi." I folded my arms under my bosom.

"Thank you for dropping her off." He curtly spoke.

"I wanted her to be with you from Friday because I had pressing matters to attend to over the weekend but you weren't answering my calls."

"New number."

"Oh really? What of the email my assistant sent to you?"

"Must have missed it." He innocently said.

"Of course." I mentally hissed. "I was hoping to see you at the meetings to tell you but you haven't showed up for ANY..ONE." I gritted my teeth at his lack of care.

"I'm off the project."

"Your father threw you off?" I was shocked. Here was my dumb heart thinking I could have an excuse to...see him during work. Now I can only see him when I'm dropping Tequila at his place and vice versa.

I still loved him, so much.

"No. I went off it."

"Why?"

"It doesn't matter. Our controller can handle in my place as you have noticed."

I was about to talk when the guards opened the gates and a navy blue Audi pulled in and parked right beside my car.

Oh no.

"Hi babe!" Chloe jumped out of the car and walked straight to André and Tequila. She faced me. "Pleasure meeting you again Gaby." She smirked before kissing André so passionately.

I felt like throwing up and my chest hurt so much from seeing them like that. I pulled Tequila to my side. Her face looked so disgusted.

"And there's my beautiful baby." Chloe transferred her attention to my daughter. Oh I felt like breaking every bone in her body.

"I should be going, I have a shoot this evening." I turned on my heels but Chloe gently touched my shoulder. "What?" I looked up and down her face.

"You should stay, we're having a movie night." She smiled so innocently at me.

"No-"

"I miss when mommy and daddy and I did movie night together till WAY past my bedtime." Tequila bent her face as she laid emphasis on the 'WAY'.
