13. THE LOMBARDIES MEET TEQUILA.

ANDRÉ'S POV:

"Where are we going daddy?" Her small voice popped a question as we pulled over to a giant gate.

"Don't you want a pet?" I smiled at her and she grinned widely.

"PUPPY!!!!!!!!!!!" Tequila chimed as my fourteen year old sister, Audrey Lombardi brought her into the house. "DADDY! DADDY! DADDY!!!! PUPPY!!!!"

"Aaaaaaactually Diamond Italy is six years old sooooooooo, she isn't a puppy anymore." The last born of the family, Amelia Lombardi said as Tequila ran to Diamond.

Diamond Italy isn't really the tiny puppy you all knew from six years ago. Well she's still tiny when compared to other dogs but, she's a big girl now.

Before Brie left me that graduation night, Diamond was actually with my sisters at home, and not over at Brie's house. Considering Diamond was still a puppy and all, Brie was really over protective that she hardly left her alone, and we wouldn't be around in the night, so the day before, we left Diamond at my parents house where Audrey and Amy played with her. Brie was supposed to take her back to her mom's house the next morning after the after party but.....let's just say it wasn't possible anymore.

Brie suddenly disappeared.

And for six years, Diamond was all I had. She was there for me when depression held me tight, she helped me with the pain, but, one thing was that she couldn't take it away because anytime I looked at her, I remembered the memories the three of us shared....together.

"Really? But she's smaller than big dogs daddy." Tequila said as Diamond jumped on her and she giggled.

"Well that's because she's another kind of dog sweetheart." My dad said and went to her.

"So what's her name grandpa?"

"Diamond Italy."

When I first brought Tequila in to meet my family, including grandma and grandpa. I didn't didn't know that Jake's, Drake's and Wes' families were here so of course Tequila was shy at first and everyone was beyond dumbfounded.

But in no time, they got back to their senses and every single person showered her with love and adoration. Most especially my dad and grandpa. During the late breakfast, everyone attended to Tequila's needs including Jake, Drake and Wes.

They were so excited to see her and not to mention shocked that I got her over. And of course, dad pulled me aside and questioned me. I told him every single thing and he was surprised that Brie actually allowed me to take Brie for a couple of days.

Everyone even agreed that she was the female version of Grandpa Alakai.

"Diamond Italy? That's such a funny name." She giggled. "But I like it, it's.....unique, just like mine." She raked Diamond's fur.

"Actually there's a story behind it." Audrey began and but I couldn't stop her on time because Tequila was already intrigued.

"What's the story?" She asked.

"STORYTIME!" Jake shouted and both him and Wes ran to Tequila on the floor.

"Storytime?" Amy looked at the two doofosses.

"The three of you sit down while we tell you the story." Jake said and Tequila, Audrey and Amy did as they were told.

"But we already know the story." Audrey frowned.

"Shushhh I wanna hear it again." Amy shushed Audrey.

"Once upon a time..." Jake started. "Loooong looooooooooooong ago....."
