# Stephen Strange #

" This is ridiculous " Strange angrily mumbled to himself as once again he was in the grocery store buying snacks and drinks.

" How does one eat so much food ?" He questions to no one in particular. Wong had once again managed to finish off all the snacks in the sanctorum. 

He buys everything he needs and steps out of the store to open a portal back to the sanctorum. Suddenly a woman comes running from round the corner and throws something on the couch on the other side of the portal.

" Hey ! This is not a dumpster !" Strange yells but the lady was already gone.

" Why do people keep throwing their stuff in my portals ?" 

He moves closer to the couch only to find a sleeping baby on it. His eyes go wide as he notices her.

" Oh my god !" he exclaims. 

The baby's eyes shoot open at the sudden noise. She looks up at Strange and does grabby hands. Strange looks at her skeptically not quite understanding what she means.

" She means that you have to pick her up" Wong says appearing out of nowhere.

" Jesus Wong ! At least give me some warning !" he says. Wong just shrugs and looks through the grocery bags for food.

Strange picks up the little girl and she starts playing with The Eye of Agomotto. Strange notices a little name tag on the blanket she was wrapped in.

" Y/N" he reads and looks over at the baby.

" So I guess this means you're staying here ?" he questions and the baby says something in gibberish. 

" I take that as a yes then" he says sitting down on the couch.

" You better be prepared for the diapering and stuff cause I'm not going to do all that" Wong says sitting beside them.

# Bucky Barnes #

Bucky was taking a late night walk in the city to clear his mind after a horrible nightmare. He was walking peacefully until he heard a blood curdling scream from an alley. He quickly runs inside to check. He sees a woman with a baby being beaten by some men.

" Leave the lady alone !" he warns the men. All of them turn their attention towards him. The men snickered and walked towards him.

They attacked him all at once and Bucky did not even flinch before giving them hard punches. Suddenly a loud gunshot was heard. He stopped fighting and saw that out of the 5 men one of them had shot the lady. All of them ran away as Bucky rushed to help the lady.

" I-I c-can't s-survive t-t-this t-take c-care of h-her" She says handing Bucky her small child. Her body goes limp as Bucky shuts her eyes.

" Hey doll" he coos to the now awake baby. She looks at Bucky with a small frown but when she sees him smile she breaks out in a toothless grin. She suddenly grabs Bucky's metal arm and starts putting it in her mouth.

" No No doll, you'll get hurt" he says trying hard to retrieve his finger but the baby's grip is surprisingly strong. She giggles. He smiles and lets it slide. This time.

" What should we call you baby girl ?" he questions

" Polly ? ugh no no"

" Bertha ? Too 40s"

" Y/N ?" the baby stops chewing his fingers and looks up.

" Y/N it is" he says smiling as he called the police and walked back to the Avengers tower.
