"But Bucky she won't call me dad !!" Sam whined as he watched over his sleeping daughter in the crib. Bucky sighed and sat beside Sam.
"Babe, give her time. I'm sure she'll come around" Bucky says rubbing his thumb over his hand. He sighs and nods.
"Okay, be safe I'll be back in a few hours" Bucky says placing a loving kiss on Y/N's forehead and Sam's cheek.
An hour into watching some sappy old rom-com, Sam was interrupted by a faint whimper followed by a loud cry. he instantly ran to Y/N's crib, picking her up and rocking her back and forth.
"Shhh baby" he cooed walking out to the living room. He sat her down on the carpet in front of all her toys. He sat cross legged beside her as he surfed channels.
Suddenly Y/N crawled into Sam's lap and looked up at him, he smiled and stroked her hair.
"Wuv you pop" she says grinning widely, Sam looked at her his jaw hanging open and a tear in his eye.
"POP !" she yelled loudly placing her small hand on his nose. He chuckled and kissed her forehead.
Bucky slowly opened the door and tip-toed inside. He smiled widely as he saw Sam sleeping on the couch and Y/N playing with her toys on the carpet. He sat Y/N in his lap and kissed her head.
"Wuv you daddy" she says snuggling closer to him, he sighs contently and rubs her back.
"I got the first 'wuv you' though" Sam says smirking proudly. Bucky shakes his head smiling.
"POP !" Y/N yelled and fell back against Bucky, giggling.
"I'm sending this to Steve, oh how jealous will that man be ?"
