Chapter 3

I hurriedly came back to my apartment and shut the door quickly.

What the hell just happened????

They were beating that boy then he stared at me and then dragged me and then slept on my lap
What the hell was that...
Was he psycho???
I met that person for the first time. I have never seen him before.
Yeah okay, I have seen him today in college.
But that too includes in never. I have never seen him before today.

And why did he stopped beating him and slept on my lap?
This is so confusing...
I will go crazy...

My life was going all planned, why did this disaster come... I hope this would be just a one-time incident.

Ah !!! Leave it...
I am hungry as hell and more tired now...

I cooked Maggie for me because I was so exhausted and it is 11.30 already. I have to sleep then wake up at 4 am to complete my assignment and then at 5.30 I have to reach the cafe for my morning shift...

Damn, my life was already fucking with me why did this new drama happen.

To worsen my life. Of course!!!

I hope those boys were not from my college and I would never meet them again.

After eating Maggie I drifted to sleep.

The next morning I woke up late.
I don't know why I didn't hear the alarm but I wake up at 5:15. I couldn't complete my assignment but luckily I was not late for the cafe.

After working three hours in the cafe I left for the college at 8.30.

I hand to work for total of 7 hours in the cafe. So I worked 3 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening.

At 8.50 I reached college.
College starts at 9 am, so I still had 10 minutes so without wasting a second I rushed towards the canteen because I hadn't eaten anything this morning and the rats inside my stomach were dancing like crazy.

As soon as I reached the counter of the canteen I heard my name," Hello dear Jennie, where were you yesterday girl?"

Then came Mrs Mary, the one who cook and serve food in the canteen. There are other helpers also but Mrs Mary was their head.
She was also my mother's college friend and such a sweet lady. She is the only one on this college campus to whom I talk frankly. She treats me like her daughter.

I smiled at her and said," I was a little busy yesterday with my classes."

I didn't want her to worry about me so I didn't tell her about yesterday's incident.

I said," My class is going to start in 10 minutes, give me a sandwich and coffee."

She glared at me and said," I have told you many times that this food is not healthy. At least you could come to my house in the morning for breakfast, rather than eating food here."

She also wanted me to live with her but I denied it because I didn't want anyone to take any kind of trouble for me.

I said making a face," Ok Ok aunt Mary. Will you give me food now? Or you want me to starve here ."

She patted my head and laughed and then gave me a sandwich and coffee.

After eating I said bye to Mrs Mary and headed towards my class.
