As I left the campus, I was having an ominous feeling about Jennie. But I had an important work which I can't ignore. So after bidding my goodbye to Jennie I headed on my way.
After getting so anxious about letting Jennie go alone I decided to call her and ask her if she had reached safely.
I know it is not the first time she was going home alone, she used to go home alone before, but right now I am feeling a kind of uneasiness.

I have rung her phone but she didn't pick.
I called her again but no one answered.  By now I was sure that something must have happened because she never ignores anyone's call.
But what if she was sleeping and that is why she didn't pick the call or her phone might be in silent mode.
Maybe I was just exaggerating things. But the restlessness of my heart increased.

What if she is actually in some danger?
What if she needs my help?

I called her several times but she didn't pick.

Fuck the work, right now I need to make sure that she is alright.

I turned my car around and headed towards her apartment. It had started to rain also.
On my way too, I tried to call her several times but she didn't pick up.

As I was driving on the road suddenly I saw two people lying at the side of the road. I stopped my car and came out, and that is when I realised that it was Jennie and Ryan laying on the road.

My eyes widened in shock.

What the fuck happened to them?

I quickly ran towards them and noticed that blood was dripping from Jennie's head and Ryan was laying half-conscious near her mumbling something.
Without wasting any time I immediately picked up Jennie in my arms and put her inside the car and then put Ryan too and drove towards the hospital.

I didn't know for how much time were they laying on the road in this heavy rain and who the fuck did this to them.

I swear once I know who did this to them, I rip that person's head by myself.

I hope they both are fine.

My heart was weighed down in panic. I dialled Aiden's number he didn't pick the call.

Why the hell this all is happening today?

Then I dialled James's number and thankfully he picked the call after the second ring, "Hello Alex", he said from the other side.

I panickely answered, "James, I going to the hospital now. Ryan and Jennie had got with an accident. You and Aiden come to the hospital fast."

He replied perplexed, "What? Are they both fine? How did this happen?"

I said while steadying my breath, "I can't explain anything now, just come to the hospital."

It has been half an hour since I reached the hospital and doctors shifted both of them to the emergency ward.

I was panicking as hell and losing my control over my emotions.
Jennie's bruised face was coming into my memory every now and then and making me feel so vulnerable.

Why did I let her go by herself?
If I would not have happened if I would have been with her?
This all happened because of me.
