My mind was confused about how to tell mom about Ryan. Should I even tell her. But now she doubt that there is some boy in my life, so I don't think that I could hide it.
But I also don't want her to worry about it.
I was busy in my thoughts sitting on the couch, when my mother came with two plates in her hands. She gave me a smile and handed me my plate.
The smell of her hand cooked food was just next level. I missed her food soo much.

She sat next to me holding her plate in her hand. She said excitedly,"Taste it and tell me how is it ?"

I excitedly took a bite and got surprised as hell. It's taste was same as the pasta which Ray cooked for me.

How is this possible?
Maybe it is just a coincidence .

But seriously it was so delicious. I closed my eyes to engulf that amazing taste .

I exclaimed,"It is so yummy, mummy."

She laughed at my childish remark.
And then other second the whole house was filled with our laughter.
Seeing my mother like this after a long time was so heavenly. It filled my heart with extreme pleasure .
Her cheerful heart was still alive even after going through with such hardships of life. She never lost her smile. I also want to be like her.

Suddenly she asked, "Okay now, tell me about the boy you are seeing. By the way you know I was so worried that you would never had a boyfriend."she chuckled at her last sentence.

I said, "Mom, don't tease me."

She raised her hand dramatically and said,"Okay okay, now tell me, why
were you crying?"

I shouldn't tell her..
She will unnecessarily worry for me then.

I replied,"I have been seeing him from couple of months and I had a small fight with him yesterday, so I was upset."

She nodded.

Thank God she bought that lie.

She asked ,"What is his name?"

Damn!!! What should I tell her now...?

I said ,"His name is Ray."

"Oh, nice name, what is his surname?"

"Wilson ."

I noticed her eyes widen and lips parted by hearing me but it was momentary.

I asked her,"What happened mom?"

She stuttered, "N-nothing. I-I just bring water for you."

Saying this she eloped inside the kitchen.

Strange,  why did she behaved like this after hearing his full name.
Or may she is just not feeling well..

After five minutes she returned back.
I asked, "Mom are you alright?"

She replied weakly, "Yeah, just having a little headache."

I said sternly, "You should rest then. And after having food ,you are going to rest. I will take care of the dishes."

She smiled and said,"My sweet daughter, it has just been few hours that you came here and you started scolding me already."

I said ,"If you will not take care of yourself then I will scold you ."

She smiled and we both ate the pasta while talking about random things .
