I'm In Love

Chapter 9

I know a lot of people but I wouldn't call them friend.

I'm not a loner, I have a small circle of friends

It's just Keisha, Mia, Bella and I, we we're a few more but they started acting like bitches so we distanced ourselves from them.

All of my friends and I have a class together and that would be business, we all sit at the back and then we talk about what is going on in our lives.

Keisha is short with green eyes and brown hair, Mia is short with black hair and light brown eyes and Bella has blond hair with dark brown eyes.

I'm usually the jokey and goofy one, Mia is the quiet at first but crazy one, Keisha is the advice giver and doesn't take shit one and Bella is the 'have you heard?' One but she will beat the living hell out of you.

We've all been friends since high school, we've had our ups downs and downs but we're still standing strong.

"Hey girls." I say as I make my way to my seat with the rest of them.

"Someone's happy." Mia says

"Did you guys see?" Bella begins

"No we haven't so tell us." We all day together and she goes on.

"You guys know the company XK incorporated right?" She asks and we all nod. "Well the owner Xavier Knight has a new fling but he hasn't gone public with it yet so people aren't sure if they are actually serious." She says

"Who's the girl?" Mia asks

"No body knows but there's a picture of her getting into his car but you can only see her hair." Bella says

"Are you talking about Xavier Knight?" I ask

"Yeah girl, the richest, youngest and hottest bachelor on earth." Bella says

"There's something important I need to tell you guys." I say and start telling them what has happened since Friday. I leave put a few details like last night, that is just for Xavier and I to know.

"Wait so you're telling us that you're dating. The Xavier Knight?" Bella asks and I nod

"Girls I love you but you can't lie to me." She says

"I believe you." Mia says

"I need evidence." Keisha says

"Fine I'll show you." I say

The rest of the day at the university goes by as usual and the girls and I walk to the parking lot when I see a black Mercedes-Benz I know all too well pull into the parking lot and out gets my hunk of a man.

"That's Xavier Knight right?" I ask the girls.

"There he is a extremely beautiful human being." Mia says

"He's coming this way." Keisha says

"Maybe he wants my number." Mia says and I roll my eyes

"Play it cool he's almost here." Bella says and we act like nothing is happening

"Good afternoon ladies." He says in that sexy rough voice of his.

"Hi." We wall say together

"Are you going to stay a while longer love or should we go?" He asks

"Who are you talking to?" The girls ask

"Xavier they don't believe that we're dating." I say with a laugh and they all look at me with shocked faces.

"What?" "Where?" "How?" They ask and I go stand next to Xavier He wraps his hand around my waist and kisses the top of my head.

"Are these your friend love?" He asks

"Yeah, Xavier this is Mia, Keisha and Bella." I say pointing at each one of them.

"Nice to meet you I'm..." He says but they cut him off

"Xavier Knight we know." They say together.

"Can we go my back is killing me." He says and I gasp

"I totally forgot to clean it this morning." I say

"Don't stress, I stopped by At the doctor on my way to work and he cleaned it and gave me medication." He says

"That's good, girls I'll see you all tomorrow." I say and wave

"Bye!" They shout and Xavier waves with a smile.

"I don't think you should go back to work. You need to rest and you need someone to take care of you." I say and I start stressing

"I have a important meeting in an hour and I already told my mother that I'll be staying there for a few days, you don't need to worry about me." He says

"I will always worry about you. How was your day so far?" I ask and his smile falls

"Did you see the news?" He asks

"No what's wrong?" I ask getting worried

"There is a article about us, people want to know who you are, they have a picture of you getting in the car but they can only see your hair." He says

"Is that a bad thing?" I ask

"They will start spreading fake news and I don't want that." He says

"Let them talk, they don't even know who I am." I say

"Okay." He says and pulls into the restaurants parking lot and I get out.

"See you later." He says

"See you later, don't over work yourself." I say and give him a small kiss on the cheek then I go inside.

Emma is already waiting for me to explain what happened.

"Explain now." She says

I tell her e everything that happened and leave out small details but i tell her more than I told the girls.

"Who knew? My baby is all grown up." She says

"You are one year older than me." I say

"Mason and I are going on a date on Saturday." She says

"I'm meeting Xaviers family on Saturday." I say

"Let's get to work before we get fired." Emma says and we continue working.

The rest of my shift goes by without any drama and before I know it I'm with Xavier on my way home.

The ride is full of small talk and when I get out he pulls me back to give me a deep and passionate kiss.

"Goodnight love." He says as he pulls away

"Goodnight Xavier." I say and go in

I take a shower and go to bed.

What a day!
