Chapter 31

When Xavier left I took a nice long bath and decided to wear a long white dress, it's simple, elegant, and beautiful. I straighten my hair and leavs it hanging down my back. I just put on some light make-up with red stilettos and red jewellery to go with it.

"You look beautiful." My mother says as She comes into my room.

"Thank you mommy, to think one of these days I'll be walking down the aisle." I say and we sit on my bed.

"All of this is happening so fast don't you want to slow down? When Xavier asked for your hand I immediately said no but then he told us how he felt for you and Amanda and I both cried. I know that you both love each other and you want to be together as soon as possible but..." She says but I cut her off.

"Mommy i was thinking the same thing that's why I thought that we should have the wedding after a month." I say

"Okay, you are actually really smart, just like your mother." She says

"Obviously." I say and hug her then there's a knock on the door.

I go to the living room and see my father coming in with Xavier, He's wearing a white suit with a red tie and handkerchief with one of his hands behind his back. We match again.

"Hello love, you look beautiful." He says and pulls out a bunch of red roses from behind his back. My father and mother leave us alone.

"Thank you, their beautiful." I say as I take the roses from him and quickly put them in a glass vase with some water. Red roses are my absolute favorite flowers.

When I turn back to Xavier he looks at me with so much love and a hint of lust, he always has a hint of lust in his eyes.

"You look very handsome my husband to be." I say and fix his tie.

"Thank you, but my wife to be is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen." He says and leans in for a kiss.

"No kisses until we're back." I say

"What!? No way I'm kissing you now." He says and crashes his lips on mine, I fight back a bit but I soon melt into the kiss and wrap my arms around his neck. His tongue glides along my bottom lip but i don't open my mouth for him.

I feel his hand collide with one of my ass cheeks and he sqeazes, I gasp and moan into him and he takes the opportunity to slide his tongue into my mouth.

"Annalise! Anna... Eewww." I hear Layla say and I pull away from Xavier.

"Layla, how are you?" Xavier asks wiping my red lipstick from his lips.

"Hello Xavier, I want to talk to you." She says

"Is something wrong?" He asks and she nods.

He sits down and pats his lap.

"Come on sit and tell me." He says and she sits on his lap, I sit down next to them and I smile thinking that one day we'll have a baby of our own.

"Mommy told me that you and my sister are getting married soon and that she will go away for a few weeks with you." She says and tears start to fall from her eyes. He wipes them and looks at her with concerned eyes.

"What's the matter princess? Come on tell me." He says

"Sorry, it's just... She's gonna live with you and I'm never gonna see her again." She says

"Of course you'll see her again, we'll come visit all the some and you can come to our house too. You can come swim in the pool and watch movies the whole day." He says

"Really? Even when you have your own baby?" She asks

"Even when we have ojr own baby you'll still be her little sister which makes you my little sister too." He says and she hugs him.

"Oh thank you, you know you looked scary at first but you are actually nice but you are very big. How does Annalise kiss you?" She asks

"Why do you want to know about kissing? Who are you kissing? Do you have a boyfriend? I'll kill him you know." I say

"Love Calm down, she stands on her toes." He tells her and she kisses him on the cheek.

"Take good care of my sister, I'm going to play." She says and runs off.

"That was unexpected." I say
"You're going to be a good father." I say with a smile.

"I hope so." He says
"Can we go now?" He asks

"Yip." I say and we walk out.

When we get outside I see a black Lamborghini in the driveway.

"You have one of those too?" I ask as we get in.

"I have a few, do you want one?" He asks

"No, I'm saving for a Mercedes-Benz, I want to buy it with my own money." I say

"You're engaged to a billionaire but you never let me buy you anything." He says

"You can buy me things just not super expensive things like a car." I say and he nods.

"I'm finally almost done writing my exams just a few more days to go then I can start thinking about the wedding." I say

"Are we going to have an engagement party?" He asks

"We can, I need to sort out the guest list, do paparazzi follow you everywhere?" I ask

"It depends if there is a juicy story then they won't leave me alone but as soon as something bigger turns up they'll forget all about me." He says

"That's good i don't want everyone to know everything about me." I say and he laughs.

"You really are something special, you know sometimes I wonder what I did in my past life to deserve such a wonderful woman." He says and I blush.

The rest of the ride is spend in comfortable silence until we stop in front of a beautiful huge building. We get out and he gives the keys to the valet.

Were on a date.
