I wake up in a dark room and look around for Xavier.
That's when all the memories from before come flooding back and I jolt upright. I get off the bed and see that I'm still in the clothes from earlier or was it yesterday.
I put on the night lamp in don't of the bed and look around the room. It is like my room back home, not small but not big like Xavier and mine. The room only has a bed and a rug on the floor, I run to the windows and open the curtains to see that its night.
A knock on the door brings me back to reality and I jump, I sit back on the bed and say a mere come in. In walks a sweet looking old lady, she is short with a belly, she wears glasses ad has cherry blond short curly hair. She is holding a plate with food on it and a glass if what looks like water. She flips on the lights and walks over to me.
"Hello dear, I'm Mary the head housemaid, you must be Ms Annalise Phillips, it's nice to meet you." She says and I frown.
"No you must be mistaken I'm Mrs Annalise Knight ma'am." I say with a tiny smile.
"You and Jason Phillips aren't related?" She asks.
"No ma'am, he kidnapped me from my husband yesterday or was it earlier when did I get here?" I ask
"You got here about 5 hours ago, I'm so sorry that happened to you." She says
"Where is Jason?" I ask
"He'll come to check up on you later, he just told me to give you something to eat." She says and puts the plate down on the nightstand along with the water. It looks like butter chicken with green salad, ooh yummy.
"Mr. Rodriguez gave me a job here when I was just about your age, and I watched his son grow up before my eyes, I didn't think that he'll become such a monster. I'm sorry, buy if there is anything I can do to help, just let me know." She says and I nod.
"Thank you, ma'am." I say and she waves it off
"Ma'am who is Mr. Rodriguez's son?" I ask when she starts walking out.
"Valentino Rodriguez." She says and with that she goes out and locks the bedroom door.
So Valentino Rodriguez and Jason Phillips kidnapped me. Who knew psychos worked together?
I hesitantly start eating the food cause the hunger was literally going to kill me before they did and I can't want to starve, what if it hurt the baby, I could lose it.
It is actually really delicious, I'll have to find a way to contact Xavier. I look in my jeans pockets and find my phone, its a miracle.
I take it out and dial Xavier's number, he answers immediately.
"Annalise, love is that you?" He asks and I hear his voice is strained.
"Yes, baby its me, are you okay?" I ask and he chuckles and I smile.
"Yeah love, are you?" He asks and I sigh.
"Yes I'm fine, track my location on my laptop, I put a tracker on my phone." I say and I hear voices and footsteps coming towards the door.
"Someone's coming I love you." I say and hang up. I put the phone in the pillowcase under the pillow and finish eating.
The door opens and in walks Jason followed by Valentino, I'd know those cold green eyes anywhere.
"I see you've eaten." Jason says and I nod but I don't make eye contact.
"Hello beautiful, you've only been with us for a day and you already have a room, you could at least thank me by giving me a tiny kiss." Valentino's gruff Italian voice says and I mentally roll my eyes and I sit back on the bed and look at my toes.
They're actually pretty cute, my toes not the two psychotic idiots in front of me.
"Look at me when I'm talking to you!" Valentino shouts and I flinch.
"I can't." I say as more of a whisper.
"I can't hold eye contact I don't have my meds." I lie softly.
"What fucking meds?" He asks
" I have anxiety. " I lie
"Fuck, tell Mary what you need and she'll get it for you, anything else?" He asks clearly annoyed.
"I have IBS so I vomit a lot but I'll tell Ms. Mary what to buy for me." I say still not making eye contact as I bring my knees to my chest and I lay my head on my arms that are folded on my knees as I start silently crying.
"Stop fucking crying bitch!" Valentino shouts then I feel a sharp pain on my cheek and jaw. I fly back across the bed and cup my throbbing jaw and cheek.
"You motherfucking idiotic son of a bitch!" I shout then the tears fall even harder.
"What did you just call me!? Huh whore? Do you want me to fuck you right here and now?" He asks as he pins me down on the bed and I bring my knee up to his crotch and kick him hard in the balls. He slaps me across the face again and that's when Jason pulls him off me.
"We need her." He simply says and Valentino calms down and straightens himself up.
"Fuck you bitch." He says and I wipe the blood from the cut in my lip.
I lay down and sob silently.
I cry for myself, for my safety, for the fact that I could never see Xavier again, I cry for what he must be going through but mostly I cry for my unborn baby.
I don't know how long I cried for before I fell asleep again.
