Chapter 63

The girls and I had a lot of catching up to do so we went to eat ice cream and waffles before we went to my doctor who is also my aunt.

Turns out Emma and Ace are 'talking' but as long as their happy I'm happy. As for Bella who feels left out, she has feeling for Ferro but she's scared of Xavier.

Everyone has their own problems.

They did a good job of teasing me the entire time. Right now we're waiting for my name to be called.

"Annalise Knight!?" I hear my name and stand up. I go inside and immediately hug my aunt.

"My baby girl, how are you?" She asks and I take a seat

"Great, Xavier is just amazing but he's really stressed about me right now so that's why I'm here." I say

"Okay tell me exactly what the problem is." She says and its back to business mode.

"I vomit a lot, mostly in the mornings and I have really weird cravings like yesterday Xavier ordered me fresh biltong and I only ate it once before in my life because its so expensive." I say and she nods.

"Have you gotten your period test?" She asks

"No but I'm supposed to get it within the next three days or so." I say and she nods writing it down.

"How's the honeymoon?" She asks and I blush

"Good." I say

"By that blush and the huge hickeys your mother told me about I think its better than good." She says and my blush just deepens
"Not a virgin anymore?" She asks and I shake my head.

"Well you're most probably pregnant." She says

"That's what I thought too but I took two pregnancy tests and they were both negative." I say

"You know they give false readings child. Here go pee in this cup and bring it back." She says and gives me a small cup.

I take it and does as I'm told in the bathroom and I give it back to her. She's busy behind me and I can't see what she's doing.

A few minutes later she sits back down.

"Well you're pregnant. But let's do an ultrasound just to be safe." She says and I lay on the bed and she puts really cold jell on my tummy and holds the thing to my stomach and looks on the monitors.

"Listen, this is your heartbeat..." She says and I can hear it.
"And this is the babies." She says and I hear a faint but fast beat making my heart jump out of my chest.

"I'm gonna be a mom." I say and she smiles down at me and nods.
"Can I have a picture?" I ask

"You can't really see anything yet you're only two weeks and three days pregnant child." She says and I pout

"But still." I say and she laughs

"Damn that cute face, I'll record the babies heartbeat for you too okay? Free off charge." She says and I smile.

"Your mom and granny are gonna be so happy." She says and then something dawns on me.

"I don't want anyone to know. I wanna tell Xavier first then I'll tell the rest of the family. Please can we keep this between us?" I ask and she nods

I wipe my tummy, she gives me two pictures of a tiny black blob thingy, a CD and a list of vitamins I need to take.

I walk out and the girls come rushing to me.
