Percy Jackson, the one-armed, reincarnating wielder of Olethros, has trained the entire year. That is when he isn't on dates with his girlfriend, the goddess Aphrodite or when he has to deal with now being just as famous as his older half-siblings. While this is good and all, during a family soiree monsters with flaming cannonballs wreak havoc. It gets worse when Annabeth comes by saying that the camp boards are down leaving all the campers to the mercy of monsters that see hundreds of demigods as an all you can eat buffet.
To save them, Percy and his friends must travel to one of the few places he swore to never return, the Sea of monsters. He didn't want to go then and now that he is a tri-blood and a son of Poseidon it's practically a suicide mission. Will the wielder of Olethros come out on top and save the camp or will he lose more than he went in with, just like last time?
