Aphrodite POV
I was in another council meeting. While there was supposed to be a meeting during the summer solstice, ever since Zeus accused Poseidon of stealing his master bolt they have been having meetings while being at each other's throats. I didn't care about any of it. I summoned a mirror and began fixing up my makeup. I felt a pit in my stomach I knew all too well, Percy was in danger.
I changed the image from seeing my reflection to see Percy was fighting the Kindly Ones. Whoever named them needs to get a new job, there was nothing kind about them. I saw that he was in a bit of a pinch so I gave him a little help by telling him about Olethros. Sadly, when I did so the other gods noticed it far more quickly than I guessed they would.
"You dare make a fool of me, Poseidon?" Zeus roared from his throne. He reeked of ozone, his long black hair pushed back and his electric blue eyes sparking to life. He was wearing a three-piece suit almost like a mortal business owner.
"Brother, how many times must I tell you? I do not seek your downfall and I have not stolen your master bolt," Poseidon replied. His black hair and green eyes just like Percy, his skin tanned, and his clothes like a fisherman. I have to make sure that I don't ever dress Percy like that, ever.
"You may have not but you may have had an accomplice. You might have convinced one of your cyclops spawn to do your bidding. You may have convinced a mortal to do so."
"A mortal, my spawn? Do you not hear yourself? Mortals are forbidden on Olympus. Not to mention I am not the only god here who has their fair share of convincing mortals to do things to bed them. Look to your sons, Hermes and Apollo are both getting close to the one god that has had the most demigod children. I do remember that you are the number one contender of mortal loving and mortal convincing."
"Lord Zeus, something has occurred," Athena announced with pride. Her gray eyes could pierce into a mortal's very soul. And, here we go. All eyes were on her. I focused on my mirror and saw how Percy had just ditched his satyr friend; well, he didn't know he was a satyr but he would soon enough. I saw his scars and I wanted to rip those hags a new one. "Olethros has been called by a demigod,". Everyone looked shocked, Ares leaned in closer wanting to see who the new kid was.
"Who is this demigod?" Zeus asked.
"Probably one of my kids. Only one of my kids is cool enough to do it," Ares said full of himself. I rolled my eyes but no one noticed. But he did have a point, since the pact between the big three; gods I hate that title. Ever since then, most of Percy's lives have been children of Ares, he rarely even lives past the age of thirteen but he usually got Olethros.
"His name is Perseus Jackson. He is the son of Aurora Jackson, my daughter," Athena announced.
"A greek demigod had children?" Apollo asked.
"A mere legacy wields Olethros. I never knew a legacy could be so strong." Hermes added.
"It's probably because he eats cereal," Demeter informed all of us.
"The boy is no legacy," Athena announced. She then called an Iris message. She then showed us that Percy's blood was rose gold. Crap, they'll find out he is more than a half-blood. They'll want him dead and that's without them finding out he is Poseidon's son.
"His blood is not red?" Dionysus asked. "That's interesting. This Peter Jonson might make things entertaining if anything else. At least I have something to look forward to while not having any wine or being stuck with those gods-forsaken demigods."
"That's a thing?" Ares asked. "Pink blood?"
"Apparently," I announced. Sometimes I wonder why I even entertain the idea of even dating the guy, let alone sleeping with him. "Oh, and he's cute. My daughters would just eat him up," I told them hating the idea but trying to avoid them knowing my involvement with Percy.
