Scarlett walked into the kitchen with a bounce in her step. She said good morning to everybody and sat down and to eat her breakfast.

"Scar, where's Alison?"

"She'll be down in a bit, don't worry."

Once Scarlett finished her breakfast a confused looking Alison walked into the kitchen. "Scarlett, you can't just say that and then walk off."

Everybody else just looked between Scarlett and Alison to see what would happen next as stuff like this would happen frequently and it was entertaining to watch.

"You told me something important, so I told you something important. What's there to say about it? You told me something important, so I told you I'm gay, don't make it a big deal."

Everybody looked between the two girls to see what would happen next.

"Do I tell them?"

"If you want to but don't feel pressured to do so because I did. Do it when you feel ready and not because you feel like your being forced too. Okay?"

"Okay. Guys, I'm gay."

Everybody was silent for what seemed eternity for Alison until there was a shuffle of feet and a pair of arms wrapped around her neck. It was Mel. Alison slowly hugged back and then the rest of the group joined in the hug saying 'thank you for telling us' but Alison was only focused on one girl and that was Mel. Melody Summers. Ever since Alison had set her eyes on Mel in the dorm, she had liked her. At first, she thought it was platonic but as time went on Alison realised that she liked Mel. Like really liked her.

One by one, everybody removed themselves from the hug and went back to eating their breakfast. Mel was still hugging Alison, but Ali didn't mind because it felt right. Mel slowly released Alison from the hug, and they locked eyes. Still sitting at the breakfast bar Scarlett saw them stare at each other and thought it was cute. Ali opened her mouth to say something but closed it again and looked like a gapping fish. Kai had said something, and Mel walked over to him leaving Ali nailed to the spot.

After 3 minutes of Ali standing there looking like she'd seen a ghost, Scarlett got up, walked over to Alison and practical dragged her to the living room.

"You like Mel."

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Yes, you do. You like her and don't even try to deny it."

"Was it that obvious?"

"To me, yes."

"What am I supposed to do? Because I know she doesn't like me like that because she's straight."

"Alison, as your best friend, I can tell you I know she likes you. Just give it some time and I'm sure you two will end up together."

"Please don't give me false hope. I'm going to train." And with that Alison walked off leaving Scarlett standing there alone.
