"Goodbye young one!" Kaneli waved at Link
"I'll go check on Epona" Zelda smiled, and left
Link walked down the bridges of Rito Village, prepared to head to the Flight Range
"If you have a paraglider handy" Teba stopped to talk to Link "You could probably fly off Revali's Landing and maybe reach the edge of Lake Totori a bit quicker"
"I don't have no paraglider" Link sighed "You're right though, I could probably use one"
Link turned to walk away from Teba, when suddenly everything began shaking
"Earthquake" Teba sighed "Speaking of earthquakes, Harth hasn't come back from the Dragon Roost Archipelago"
"Why did he go there?" Link asked
"It's a set of volcanic, mountainous islands out in the Ocean Province" Teba explained "Dragon Roost Mountain is where the Rito used to live before they migrated here to Lake Totori. The Dragon Valoo still resides within Dragon Roost Mountain, and it is the duty of a young Rito, Medli, to help Valoo"
"Okay" Link replied
"And Kaneli sent Harth to check on Medli, because she hadn't come back on time" Teba finished "Now Harth hasn't come back, and I need to go"
"Okay" Link said "I'll be off now"
"You sure you want to talk to Revali alone?" Teba stared at Link
"Yes" Link replied "It has to be alone. I have my reasons"
"Okay then"
As Teba flew off, Link noticed the Old Man from Lake Floria was watching him.
"You again" Link observed
"Yes" the Old Man chuckled "It is me. I have a little gift for you"
The Old Man reached into his coat, and grabbed a Paraglider.
"It's dangerous to go alone" the Old Man warned "Take this"
"A Paraglider?" Link asked as the Old Man gave the item to him "Thanks! This is just what I needed!"
Link ran over to the wooden platform of Revali's Landing, readied his Paraglider, and jumped off into the wind.
The gust of wind emitting from Lake Totori lifted Link high into the air, and with the Paraglider, Link sailed off into the day.
Link was careful to not let go of the paraglider, and made sure he didn't look down.
I swear, if I fall off this thing.....
He kept flying, watching carefully to make sure he landed right.
Thump!
Link landed on the snowy ground of the border between Tabantha and Hebra.
"C-Cold" Link shivered. His Green Tunic couldn't protect him from the freezing temperatures of this region.
"Hello" Beedle appeared to be walking by, and he was wearing a coat "Find any more bugs with my handy Bug-Catching Net?"
"N-N-No" Link replied "F-Freezing"
"Ah, got 5 rupees?" Beedle asked "I have a spare coat. It won't do any good in the Hebra Mountains, but for this border area it ought to keep you warm enough"
"Okay" Link replied, handing over 5 rupees and putting on his new coat "I don't plan on going deep into Hebra, but what outfit would do good in there?"
"You'd need a Snowquill Tunic" Beedle said "It's the specialty of the Rito Village armor shop, so not too hard to find"
"Thanks" Link replied, as Beedle walked off with his Beetle-Shaped Backpack
Link walked forward, when suddenly Black Bokoblins riding horseback were pursuing him.
No Bokoblin is gonna take me down
Link got out his Knight's Bow and fired an arrow at the nearest horse, causing it to stop in its tracks and send its Bokoblin passenger flying
The other Bokoblin snorted, when suddenly three bomb arrows came out of nowhere at the same time, and exploded the remaining enemies into smithereens.
"Whoa" Link gaped, as he stared at a Blue Rito Archer, who then flew away
That must be the direction of the Flight Range!
"Watch out!" Navi yelped
Link turned to see a Blue Moblin behind him, swinging its Spiked Moblin Club around, ready to kill Link
Link gobbled up some food quick, and got out his Knight's sword and shield, just narrowly avoiding a fatal blow from the upgraded Moblin.
Link remembered the teachings of the Hero's Spirit, and he performed a perfect Downthrust, hitting the Blue Moblin's weak point, the head, and the beast dropped over dead.
"Good Job!" Navi cheered
"Yeah yeah" Link sighed "Let's just find Ravioli already"
"I think it was Revali-"
"I know!"
Link walked forward up the snowy path, and reached a wooden hut that was next to a small spring that emitted strong winds, and in the rocky spring was dozens of targets.
Link walked into the hut, which was heated by a small fire.
"Somebody stands behind me" the blue rito, Revali, said as he sat on the floor, turned around.
"Let me turn around and see your identity"
Revali turned around, saw Link, and his eyes looked like he was experiencing so much shock that he might explode
"LINK!" Revali yelled "YOU'RE ALIVE!?"
"Uh-" Link started "You see-"
"YOU WERE FREAKING MURDERED!" Revali yelled "And now you are just here, without your special outfits or weapons, looking like you just came out of the woods!"
"I kinda did-" Link started
"What happened!" Revali yelled "We all missed you, us champions! Daruk and Mipha couldn't get over it, and Urbosa wanted revenge! I was so deeply saddened at your death, because we never got to have that duel of strength you promised!"
"I'm not who you think I am!" Link yelled
"What do you mean?" Revali asked "You look exactly like the former Hylian Champion and Hero of Hyrule!"
"I know" Link replied "But the Link you knew died Sixteen years ago. I am a reincarnation of him, that is basically the same"
"Really?" Revali asked "Then I have one question for you"
"What is it?" Link asked
"Well"Revali began "Can you beat me in a duel?"
