It's been 2 weeks since Johnny died.. and you weren't the same, you were crazy, unstable, and crying over stupid things. But the gang didn't mind, they knew Johnny was closest to you, so they knew you needed some time.
I've been having heart-problems since I had surgery ever since the crash.. so If I don't take it easy I might die..
You were on the couch looking up at the ceiling and thinking what things you would be doing if Johnny were still alive.
Your thoughts were interrupted by a door slam, It was Dallas.
"Hey kid" he said while making his way over to the couch
"Hey Dal" you said while sitting up to make space for him
"How are ya holdin up?" he asked uncomfortably as he lit a cigarette
"Fine."
He just nodded his head and turned his attention to the tv. It was silent for a moment, but you didn't mind cause in the Curtis house, you would kill for 3 minutes of quiet. Then Suddenly you spoke up.
"Do you ever feel like he's sitting right here next to us?" you asked Dallas
He quickly turned his head to you, his baby brown eyes meeting your dark blue ones..
"Well, I guess now that you mention it" he said softly
"I miss him Y/N," Dal randomly spoke up
You turned to him, and smiled
"I miss him too Dal"
He just nodded and took a bite out of his apple, you stared at him.. you never knew Dallas Winston was so attractive.. the way his wild jet black hair fell into wisps in front of his eyes, made him look tough and his dark baby brown eyes made him look soft.
Looking at Dallas reminded you of Johnny, of course Johnny had more tannish skin, but there hair and eyes were similar.
"I love you Dal" you spoke up
"I love ya too kid" he said while pulling you in for a hug
You guys were watching tv peacefully until the rest of the gang came bursting through the door.
"Hey Dal, Hey Y/N how ya holding up?" Darry said while placing the groceries on the counter
"Hey Dar, I'm doing fine" you said
"Let us know if you need anything" Sodapop spoke up
You nodded.. but you had a headache from all that noise, and Two-Bit wouldn't shut up about the blonde he saw at the store.
You gently got up from the sofa and headed outside
"Hey Y/N where ya going?" Dallas asked as he grabbed your arm
"I'm just going out for a walk" you said
"Oh alright, I'll come out and catch up to you in a couple of minutes" he said while smiling
You smiled back and nodded, you loved Dallas.. like crush-love him, although you didn't know if he felt the same way.
You turned around and wrapped your scarf tighter around you cause it was freezing this morning.
You started your way down the path, the cool winter breeze made you feel so relaxed. When suddenly, you saw the graveyard that they buried Johnny in.
You wanted to pass it but you couldn't.. it's been 2 weeks and you haven't visited him yet, you thought it was too soon but when will you?
You took a deep breath and made your way to the yard, quietly opening and closing the gate behind you, as you carefully made sure not to step on other peoples graves.
Finally you reached Johnny's.. you stood there not really knowing what to say, when suddenly you managed to say something without crying.
"Hey Johnnycakes" you said while touching the grave softly
"I really miss you, so does the gang" you said while a tear slipped down your cheek
You took a deep breathe and sat down gently leaning against the grave softly as ever
"Things are so different without you Johnny" you began
Suddenly you started crying just looking at his grave
"I'm so sorry Johnny but I can't pretend I'm okay" you said while breaking down
"It's just that I need you here, your my bestfriend and everyone expects me to be okay but I'm not" You said while crying even more
"I miss you Johnnycakes I don't know what I'm going to do without you"
I remembered the hospital
"The heart monitor chimed it's final tune, but in the end there was no applause" you said
"I told you.. you would be okay at the hospital b-but that was the first lie I ever told you Johnnycakes"
"I miss you I need you here right now, right here next to me" You said while breaking down
"I love you so much Johnny, No one can replace you" I said
Then a couple of moments later It was silence.. my heart burned bad, and my vision started getting blurry.. I felt my breath reduce shorter and I couldn't feel my arms and legs, and I felt myself go white as a sheet.. but I didn't care,.
I weakly turned to face Johnny's grave,
I gave out a weak tearful laugh
"Well Johnny, I'll see you soon" I said while I closed my eyes and slowly let myself fade away.
All I could hear before I passed on was Dallas' footsteps running at me and screaming
