It was your 1 year friendiversary with Ponyboy, and you haven't heard from him all day.. you were getting kind of worried that he might have forgot it..
Then, you heard a knock on the door, you leaped and practically dashed over to the door, you opened it to find no one other than your best friend Ponyboy dressed in a beachy vibe.
"Y/N, y'ready our first friendiversary?" he said while putting his elbow on the doorframe..
You smiled as you hugged him
"Oh Y/N by the way, you might wanna dress kind of similar to me" he said while winking
You laughed
"Right.. okay you wait here" you said while running up the stairs
You opened your closet furiously and pulled out your boho beach dress.. you quickly pulled it over you and grabbed your light pink hat.. you let down your hair and slid on the railings downstairs, making Ponyboy catch you.
"Ready?" he asked
"Ready" you said..
You slipped on your white sandals and stepped outside, it was really cold and all you were in was a dress..
"Hold up" you said while reaching over to grab your white cardigan from the hat rack..
"Ready" you said
Ponyboy smiled at you and lent you his hand.. you took it as both of you started heading downtown to Tulsa beach.
On the way there you guys talked about random stuff.. and you were both arguing about Dallas being a softie but tough on the inside.
~Time skip~
We finally arrived at the beach, there was nobody there except these two other people. Ponyboy and I sat far away from them closer to the waves.
It was really windy today and the skies were gloomy, but we weren't planning the weather ruining our day.
Ponyboy laid the blanket on the sand as we both took a seat.. he wrapped his arm around my shoulders as I moved closer to him, I leaned my head on his shoulder as we sat there looking at the waves.
Suddenly I felt cold, the wind was extra windy in the east side today.. I reached behind us for my cardigan.. but suddenly the wind started blow.
"My Cardigan" I screamed while I got up to chase it, Ponyboy laughed as he also got up to chase it.
I was pretty short so it was hard for me to jump as high, my cardigan was closer to the waves as me and Ponyboy started running and jumping higher.. all of a sudden Ponyboy caught my cardigan and landed in the ocean.
I gripped my stomach as I laughed, I looked over to see Ponyboy all soaked which resulted into me laughing even more.
All of a sudden, I felt someone grab my waist, It was Ponyboy and he was headed towards the ocean.
"PONYBOY NO!" I screamed as he threw both of us into the ocean
We were playing not caring that our clothes were soaking wet.. Ponyboy picked me up and spinned me around..

"Happy Friendiversary Y/N" he said
"Happy Friendiversary Ponyboy"
We both said as we continued playing at ocean like little kids..
