Sodapop- Future

You stared at the piece of plastic that soon might determine your whole future. How could such little thing make a big impact in your life?

You shook the stick a little cause it was taking too long..

"C'mon I don't have all day!" you shouted 

Suddenly a bright pink line started to form.. your heart began pounding louder and louder as you watched the side of the bright pink line..

There was nothing.. 

You sighed, a relief, but you were disappointed at the same time.. you really wanted to start a family with Sodapop, I guess we were just kinda young.

You stood up from the bathroom floor, your hands still shaking, you were staring at it just making sure. 

"Y/N!" you heard someone yell as they slammed your door

You quickly threw the test into the trash can despite being scared of who was that

"Who wants to know!" you shouted

"Your boyfriend?" 

"OH" 

"In the bathroom!" you yelled

You opened the door just to be greeted by Sodapop's award winning smile

"Hi love" he said as he hugged you tight, his autumns scent making you drool all over his jacket

"So what were you doing in the bathroom?" he asked 

"Nothing just putting on mascara" you lied

He furrowed his eyebrows as he examined your eyes

"You sure doll cause I don't see mascara on your eyes" he said

You stared at him, it's funny how he always knew what  was going on.. but you wished he wouldn't this time..

"Sodapop believe me I'm fine" you stated

"Okay doll" he said shrugging it off

You both sat on the couch as  you grabbed a warm blanket from your shelf, you both sat there as he pulled you closer to him, your head on his chest as his cheek rested on the top of your head..

~Couple moments later~ 

You and Soda sat on the couch watching a movie when all of a sudden he spoke up

"Oh be right back I gotta use the restroom" he said while slowly getting up

"Alright" you said as you grabbed the remote and started browsing 

A couple of minutes later Sodapop came out of the bathroom just standing there

"Hey babe what took you so lo-" you said but stopped when you saw the test in his hands 

Your heart stopped, you didn't want him to find out..

"Y/N.." he began

"Are you pregnant?" he asked

You stared at him for a moment then finally broke out

"No I thought I was" you said as you turned your attention back to the screen 

"Oh" he said softly 

He placed the test on the counter as he sat back down next to you, both of you not saying a word..

You were fiddling with some string from the blanket as Soda started bouncing his knee up and down.. you knew he couldn't stay still for a long time.

"Sodapop you hungry?" you asked while placing your hand on his knee 

"No I'm okay" he said 

"Alright" 

You got up and walked into the kitchen to get something to eat.. you opened the fridge to grab some peanut butter, when you turned around you found Sodapop leaning against the doorframe.

"Y/N do you want kids?" he asked

You looked up at him

"I mean with who?" you asked while you softly laughed

"Oh I meant with me" he stated

"I mean do you?" 

He shrugged

"I dunno kinda" he asked 

You turned around and faced him only to be greeted by his famous smile

"R-really?" you asked

"Yeah.." he said

You smiled as you ran over to hug him 

You had a grin on your  face knowing that in a couple of months 3 of you would be sitting on the sofa.
