There was nothing unusual about Luna working hard. But her father had never worked her like this. They had been training for hours and every time she finished a routine he would shout again. The choreographer looked at him with confusion as the girl stood with a red face almost as if she might pass out.
"She needs a break. If she doesn't have one soon she might hurt herself."
"I know what's best for her. I said again." The music started and she started the dance all over again. By this point she was slow and missing a few steps. Her father stopped the music looking at the choreographer. "Can I speak with her alone a minute?" The guy huffed walking out and her father called her over. He looked her up and down raising an eyebrow. "Why do you do this to me? I take risks for you. Make sacrifices and all you do is mess around." She felt like crying when he spoke to her like this.
"I'm sorry father I-" a harsh slap was landed on her face and she jumped almost falling.
"Do better. Now go. You're done for the day." She gave a nod and walked out of the studio. She walked back to her apartment with her keys in her hand attempting to hide her red cheek with her towel. She turned the corner seeing jungkook knocking on her apartment door and she began to panic.
"Oh Luna." She heard him call her name and sighed
"Shit." She turned the corner with a smile.
"Hi jungkook sorry I was training what's up?" She kept rubbing her face with the towel in order to hide it and unlocked her door.
"Your mail came to us again... are you alright?" She spun around a little too fast and nearly fell. Jungkook caught her and looked at her in concern. "Are you alright?" He helped her get in and sit running to her kitchen to grab some water.
"I'm fine just... pushed myself a little hard... thank you." He handed her the water and she took a sip letting her guard down for a moment and his eyes widened.
"Did you fall or something? Your cheek." I mean her face wasn't as red as when she finished training but the cheek where the slap was delivered was still pretty bad. She placed her hand over it in an attempt to hide it and laughed it off.
"Yeah. I slipped... I'm okay! I promise!" She smiled and he gave a nod.
"Be careful next time okay? And get some rest you look tired." She gave a nod and he took himself out of the apartment, she sat there feeling like an absolute fool finally drinking the water in one go feeling sick from the amount she had been working.

"Was she in?" Jimin looked up from the couch as jungkook walked in.
"Yeah. She fell over in practice tho. Hurt her cheek."
"Ouch." He nodded coming to sit down.
"Did any of you see the locks yesterday?" The all looked at him blankly and he huffed. "I got her some water quick because she looked so tired and on the fridge and food cabinets there were locks." They all shrugged and taehyung frowned.
"Weird."

The next few weeks this went on. They would catch glimpses of her going into her apartment looking absolutely exhausted. They would see her father in the late evening and taehyung would hear her after that. One day there was a knock on her door and her father answered with a smile.
"Ah how are you." He invited him in and the boy looked around.
"I was coming to give Luna so mail is she here?" Her dad smiled and sat down.
"She's just getting in the shower. I can't take it for her." Namjoon smiled passing the mail on and decided to leave. "Oh before you go. We have much business to discuss about you working with my daughter please pass my number to your manager." He passed him a business card and namjoon smiled.
"Thank you sir. Please tell Luna I stopped by." He gave a nod and namjoon left.
"The weirdest thing just happened." Hobi was the only one in the sitting room this time and he looked up. "Her father was there he said she was getting in the shower but. I don't know I didn't hear the shower and- I don't know." Hobi frowned looking to his friend.
"Maybe you're just paranoid I mean the guy is sketchy right?" Namjoon nodded coming to sit down.

Across the hall the bedroom door was opened. She was sat on the floor in pure darkness with tears running down her face.
"Come. Time to work again."

Music stops.
"Again."
Music stops.
"Again."
"Again."
"Again."

Taehyung and jungkook were walking back from the gym when they walked past the studio seeing Luna in there. They decided to stop and watch for a moment seeing how hard she was working.
"How long do you think she's been in here?" Taehyung shrugged leaning against the glass.
"Again!" Her father shouted and she huffed getting her her first position. This time he walked around her as she danced shouting out what she needed to fix.
"He trains her hard huh?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow as she reached for her water only to have it pulled away. "We should go."
"I don't like this."
"I know man but what can we do?"
"Again!" Taehyung watched the tears eyed girl through the glass and frowned.
"Let's go in there."
"What?"
"I don't know make an excuse that we left something in there?"
"No way man!" The music stopped and she stood there out of breath as her father shouting at her about small things. Before jungkook could protest taehyung was already opening the door.
"Sorry. I left my jacket in here this morning." Her father nodded and the two walked in looking the the supply closet as her father spoke in hushed words. Taehyung was attempting to hear what the man was saying when he finally left leaving Luna to grab her water.
"He makes you work hard?" The two finally looked at her and she grabbed a towel.
"Yeah.. something like that." She sat down in the chair and put her head in her hands trying to catch her breath for a moment. Taehyung looked at jungkook and nodded to the door. Jungkook nodded leaving the studio and taehyung walked over to her sitting down.
"You wanna walk back up with me?" She looked at him and leant back in her chair exhausted.
"I'm just gonna sit here for a minute."
"I'll wait with you." She smiled a little giving a nod.
"Thanks tae."
