SPECIAL CHAPTER

After 1 year...

"Why you didn't tell me?" — she asked me, napalunok naman ako dahil sobrang seryoso ni Shedi sa harap ko. 2 months na kaming kasal and I tried to hide her my nighmare and my sleepless night since I don't want her to be worried. I mentally scold myself because I forgot to take my sleeping pills last night, nagising ako ng 2 am kanina while shouting, Shedi looks so worried since that's the first time she saw me like that.

"I'm sorry." — I whispered as my tears started to fall, I just heard her sigh and went beside me, napatingin naman ako sa kanya and it seems like she's about to cry too. Mabilis ko naman syang yinakap as I heard her sob, I kiss her head while saying I'm sorry.

"Baby please don't hide anything to me, no secrets. Anong silbi ko sa buhay mo kung naglilihin ka sa akin?" — she asked me between her sob, I pull away and stared at her face, J wipe her tears.

"I know baby, it's just that— I don't want you to get worried since I always make you cry, I'm so fucking lucky to have you. You still waited for me even if I already hurt you." — I respond frustrated at myself.

"Flame baby, look at me. Listen to me okay?" — she softly asked me while cupping my cheeks. "You are the main reason why I chose to do the operation— actually I can't imagine myself without you so don't ever doubt our relationship." — she carefully told me, I just nodded my head while crying. She place a sweet kiss on my cheeks before hugging me tightly.

"I love you baby." — I told her.

"I love you too"

"I can't believe." — I said while looking at our pictures when we got married.

"I still remember when we talked about marrying someone when we're at the Isla." — I heard Shedi said.

"Tapos dun din pala tayo ikakasal." — wika ko, I look at her with admiration. "Honestly, ikaw ang naiisip ko nung pinag uusapan natin yan." — I blurted kaya napatingin sya sa akin with her wide eyes, I softly hold her hand.

"Ikaw lang naman ang nakikita kong makasama hanggang sa pagtanda." — dagdag kong sabi, napangiti naman sya habang napapansin ko ang pamumila ng pisngi nito.

"I didn't know that you can be sweet talker sometimes." — she teased me kaya ako naman ang namula.

"Baby." — pagmamaktol ko kaya natawa naman sya.

"Come here." — she said with open arms, syempre sino ba ako para di sundin ang gusto nya, diba? I wrap my arms around her waist and put my head on her shoulder, hugging my wife will always be my favorite.

"Actually, I'm also thinking about you that time." — she said while syroking my hair on my back. Di ko maiwasan ang mapangiti at kiligin, I'm so whipped when it come to my wife.

"Di ko alam kung anong ginawa mo para hindi ko kayang magkagusto sa iba." — she said between her chuckled kaya napatawa din ako ng mahina.

"Just tell me that you're madly inlove with me baby." — I joke. She pull away from the hug and look at me seriously. I just laugh and place a chaste kiss on her lips.

"I'm just joking baby but I'm so lucky— you're the best girl in my life. You are my wife." — I told her which make her smile.

"Baliw." — she muttered.

"Just know that I'm always here, okay?" — she told me, napatango naman ako. "I want you to be okay. And forget about the past especially what your Dad did to us." — she softly told me, napayuko naman ako.
