TWENTY-SEVEN.

Flame's POV

"You're gonna leave her for real?" -- Conrad asked me. I nod my head as my response. I feel so empty and down, I really thought Shedi and I have the same feelings to each other, but-- maybe I was wrong. All I want is to be with her, I'm so happy whenever I'm with her, this is the first time I really fell in love so hard and it hurts.

"Reign--- I have something to tell you." -- Conrad break the silence, he was on a deep thought a while ago, napatingin ako sa kanya dahil sobrang seryoso ang tinig nito.

"I know I'm very selfish person and I'm so full to myself but I really love you. I was blind because of this feeling, kahit na yata masaktan ka at di ka maging masaya basta mapasaakin ka gagawin ko-- pero seeing you like this--- really breaks my heart." -- he said and sat beside me, he reach my left hand and squeezed it, his smile looks sad to me. I was dumbfounded by his actionsand words right now, he is not this kind of person which makes me feel so lost.

"Tito talked to me last week." -- he started, he let out a sigh then look down. I was eagerly waiting for his words, My Dad? Just thinking about Dad, I can't help to frowned.

"He always asked me about you and to your girl--- and because I really want to have you, I always obey your Dad's command to me. I know this is not really good and I'm so selfish and heartless but-- I followed his orders." -- he added with a guilt in his tone.

"You might gonna hate me but-- I just did it because I love you." -- he told me then I was stunned on my seat since I already have an idea what's he talking about. I pull my hand away from him and look so annoyed towards him.

"Please hear me out, after this I'll do anything just-- just please forgive me Reign." -- he said pleasing me while trying to reach my hand again. I didn't let him hold my hand again-- I'm trying to hold my anger towards him, I want to punch him so much.

"He asked me to find a few people to follow you and your girl, they always report to him and to me. I was really jealous about it. Then after that, your Dad confront you but the other day he told me to stop pursuing you anymore. He said if you don't want boys then he will arrange a marriage for you and Miss Chen that's why I feel so jealous in Macau when you two meet. I already have an idea about it, I tried to talk to tito again but he said he's done to me. Then I realized if I can't have you-- I should let you go to the person who makes you happy and that's your girl." -- he sincerely told me, my anger subside a bit hearing those words to him.

"I heard Tito's plan, he talked to your girl, he's the reason why your girl push you away." -- he stated, I can't believe it, Dad is so heartless and so cruel.

"Please leave." -- matigas na usal ko.

"Please give me a chance Flame, babawi ako." -- usal nito, I stand up and glare at him.

"LEAVE NOW!" -- I shouted at him which makes him startled and stand up right away then leave my house. Biglang napaupo ulit ako at napayuko.

"I'm sorry Shedi." -- I mumbled as my tears start crom falling.

The other day I decided to visit Shedi and to talk to her but Shi Li went to my condo, I just can't shoo her away since she's a nice person to me.

"Sorry I barged here without a notice." -- she apologize, we're at the living room while drinking pineapple juice.

"No it's okay Miss Chen." -- I said, napataas naman ito ng kilay when she heard what I just call her di ko napigilan ang mapatawa ng mahina.

"I already told you to stop the formality." -- she said seriously.

"I was just teasing you Shi Li, are we good?" -- I playfully asked her, she just shake her head while sipping on her juice.
