Oliver gripped his sword tightly, tucking a strand of brown curls behind his ear. His throat was closed up, as he examined the crowd of enemies. He hadn't felt this nervous... ever. He'd always been confident in his abilities.

More so when Noah assured him and the others of the weak spot of their own beasts. He didn't know why he was so nervous. Levi had practically taken him on more than one practice run on live titans. If anything, he was more prepared than Lake and Noah.

My God. Noah whispered across the droplets, as Lake gulped from her position on a house. She couldn't particularly see the beasts, (except for Reiner who had just transformed) but she'd seen and felt the man-made lightning with raw power to it.

For once, she wished Delphine were here.

She knew, even with the Queen it wouldn't be that easy.

She could feel every soldier's fear making her sick to her stomach. She looked down noticing the sword of water disappeared, her hand now shaking. She squeezed her fist together as she felt her veins fill with an element she'd grown accustomed to.

The steam from Reiner.. or the 'armored titan' was far away and yet she could still feel it on the hairs of her skin.

What is he... my god. Noah whispered Lake and Oliver hearing and feeling his fear.

"Boulder Incoming! Get Down!"

In slow motion it seemed, Lake watched the boulder barely fly over the wall, but then it disappeared from her view before it landed in the last hole Eren had yet to seal.

Oh. That was the beast's plan. They were right. However, neither of the Queen's aides wanted to admit, they hated being right. Whoever this beast was, had perfect aim. His strides were deliberate and that made them tenser. What else could he do with that perfect aim?

Across the field everyone's hearts were beating faster, the situation settling in. Levi secured the smooth rock in his belt, his fingers briefly passing over it. His squad bit their lips in anticipation, gripping their new weapons in their hands.

The sound of toppling buildings and harsh rocks rubbing against one another pulled Lake's attention from the wall to the armored titan. He was forcing himself to stand, his eyes resting on Lake. Despite the fear in the pit of her stomach, she gripped the hilt of her water sword tightly, her other hand resting behind her, itching to use the water.

Lake. Have patience. She nodded, Oliver's words calming her for a moment. The arsenal they had in their weaponry was enough to drown everything within the wall and on the outside for miles. They trained for this, with the steel the scouts taught them to use, with their own water weapons, and with the objects around them.

Still, she couldn't help but feel the Titans had their own weapons hidden.

Everyone knew this war would decide one thing and one thing only.
