I looked over at Ant, then I looked back at the others.
“You guys need to sleep, we obviously have some-” I paused, “Work to do later.”
The others nodded and went down the ladder, either to sleep or think about life, I didn’t give it too much mind. I looked back in Ant’s direction. He was thinking deeply. He was visibly shaking. I walked over to him.
“You okay?” I asked him.
“I think I know who it is.” Ant choked out.
“Who? The King?” I asked.
“Yeah...I think I know who it is.” It was clear that I couldn’t get him to say who it was, so I left him alone.
“If you need anything, call me.” I walked outside and into the woods. I didn’t know that was the last time I’d see Ant.
