" Fated to meet in the vast universe "

°•°• ✿ •°•°

Aru's eyes fluttered open. She blinked a few times to clear her blurry vision and slowly, it cleared. She felt something flowing down her lips and when her hand wiped it, she realized it's her saliva. She slept too well and she drooled. She scrunched her face, disgusted by herself but she shook off the thought and sat up.

The moment she sat up, she noticed her surroundings. She was in her living room. "Did I fall asleep on my couch?" She asked herself, scratching her head, causing more mess on her birdnest hair. She tried to remember what happened last night and a sentence ran across her mind.

"You look cute when you're irritated. I find it entertaining."

Heat rushed to her cheeks and they flushed red. She could still vividly remember the words and the tone of his voice when it left his lips and the slight smirk on his face. She slapped her face, trying to stop herself from blushing but it further reddened her cheeks instead. She didn't know why such a simple sentence from him would affect her so much. She was sure that some said that to her too, but she wasn't at all affected like she was now.

She shook her head, trying to shake off the nonsense. She inhaled and exhaled, clearing up her mind but the scene kept coming back and her lips twitched in annoyance. She stood up and stomped to the kitchen to get a glass of water.

She poured herself a glass of water and gulped down the cold water. A sigh escaped her lips and she put down her glass. She thought about it again but this time with common sense, and she scoffed.

"So, he finds it entertaining that I am irritated." said the annoyed girl as he huffed out her anger. She continued having a conversation with herself and the more she discussed, the angrier she became. "He broke into my house! He didn't even apologize about it!"

She angrily opened her fridge to get something to eat. She checked the corner inside the fridge where she usually stored her sausages to hide them away from Kai but she noticed it was empty. A memory lightened up in her mind and she started laughing sarcastically.

"Right, I even made dinner for him even though I know he broke into my house." She facepalmed, disappointed in herself. "Be kind they said, it will be fun they said." She groaned and slammed close the fridge door.

Her stomach growled, expressing her desperate hunger. She tried looking for more food, but she can't seem to find any. She saved up the sausages last night just so she could have breakfast this morning and brought it as lunch to school but, unfortunately, she had to help a much more greedy food monster than Kai.

She had no choice but to go to school with an empty stomach. "Uh....come on, stomach! Cooperate with me just this once! I promise I will feed you once school ends!" She begged to her stomach as she patted her belly.
