Ch. 10 "Concerned"

                                                       Harper POV 

Ever since going out to Dinner with Steve, he's been stopping by more frequently, sometimes he brings coffee, 

Sometimes it's breakfast, 

What I did notice is Tony does not like it what so ever, 

I haven't been sleeping, my parents calling all hours of the night, blowing up my phone, 

making sure I can't sleep, 

Currently I have my chin in the palm of my hand looking at the computer screen, feeling my eyelids slowly drooping I felt my head nodding, 

That was until I heard the door which caused me to jump and sit up straight, 

I hear a chuckle, 

I see Steve, 

"Sorry didn't mean to scare you," He said 

I smiled at him, 

"You didn't just startled me," I said 

"Is that what they are calling it now," He said 

I chuckled 

"Thought you could us this," He said handing me a muffin, 

"Thank you but you don't need to bring me something everyday," I said smiling at him, 

"I know but I want to," He said smiling at me, 

Then my phone ringing broke the silence, 

I looked at the screen seeing it was my mom, and I hit the decline button, 

"Sorry," I said smiling at him, 

"It's alright," He said 

My phone rang again, I did the same again, 

"Harper you look tired," He said 

"Yeah, my family calling at all odd hours of the night, isn't helping my insomnia," I said chuckling 

Steve didn't say anything, I looked at him he looked concerned, 

His hand cupped my cheek, 

"What can I do?" He asked 

I put my hand on his, 

"It's nothing I can't handle," I said smiling at him

He still looked concerned, 

He pressed his forehead against mine, 

"You look exhausted that's not handling it," Steve said 

"Hey! no touching Cap," Tony said strutting in the room, 

Steve straightened up, 

Which caused me to smile, 

"Harper I need to show you something," Tony said grabbing my wrist, 

Bye Handsome I mouthed to Steve, 

Which caused him to blush,
