Harper POV
"Well?" Tony said
"Umm What?" I said
"Well either we have a giant mosquitos and I need to hire an exterminator or something happened?" Tony said crossing his arms
I looked in his eyes and looked away.
"Rogers." Tony said gritting his teeth.
Tony started walking away briskly.
"Wait Wait Tony." I said panicking
"I will not wait. I warned him." Tony said clearly pissed off.
We passed some of the avengers.
"Tony Please.." I said grabbing his arm.
"Let me have this just this once. Please" I said
So let me inform you sure Me and Tony are best friends and the age difference is crazy.
But when he has to be he acts as my protector or father like.
"No I warned him. I warned him to leave you be." Tony said
Tony went to walk away.
"Please Tony just this once let me have this just this once! Please My entire life I have had nothing but my family telling me I'm not good enough. I have never known happiness But he makes me Happy Tony Please." I said looking up at him.
"I just want what is best for you." Tony said
"I know. If this doesn't work out you can say I told you so." I said
"I never want to tell you that Harper. " He said sighing

"Alright. but he hurts you I am not going to be listening to your reason." Tony said
"Deal." I said chuckling
"Just be careful, Not of Rogers but of the people who would come after him." He said

"Now get out of here before I change my mind." He said chuckling
"Yes sir." I said laughing.
He just shakes his head.
I start walking down the hallway when all of a sudden I'm grabbed by the wrist and pulled into a room.
I went to scream but a hand clamped over my mouth.
I look up to see Steve.
I smacked him on the shoulder.
"You scared the hell out of me." I said
"Keep using that language and I'm going to have to spank you." He said in a low voice

"I thought you wanted to meet after work." I said with my hand on his chest.

"Come on lets take this somewhere else." He said dragging me down the hall
