After talking to Mrs Locke I realise I don't know enough about Eliza and I want to know more about the woman she's become since I left for the city.

I think there's a lot of people here that can give me an insight into the woman I used to know.

So, with that in mind, I start walking through the streets of the town I grew up in.

As I round the corner heading towards the lake I see Mr Jerome. He used to be a teacher at the high school.

I'm not sure if he still teaches, but if he does I'm sure he'd know all about Eliza.

A smile spreads across my face as I say. "Hello, Mr Jerome."

He stops and looks at me. "I'm sorry, but do I know you?"

"Yes, I'm Austin Wilde I was a student of yours ten years ago."

He doesn't say anything until something clicks in his head. "Oh, yes. You're the guy that dated Eliza Donoghue."

Is that the only thing I'm going to remembered as? I thought I did a lot more things like play football and win the championship game for the school.

"Also, I coached you in football. I thought you had a career in that game. What do you do now?"

"I'm a corporate lawyer. One of the best in the city."

Mr Jerome shakes his head. "That's not the type of thing you should be bragging about in this town. Did you know it's the corporate companies that are ruining this town? A town you grew up in and loved."

I never loved this town. I'm glad it's going down the way it is. It also means that I can persuade Eliza to move to the city with me.

Looking him in the eyes I say. "I've hated this town for so long. It took everything I cared about away from me. Not coming back here has been a blessing. I'm glad that it's getting gutted."

He moves away from me. "When you're ready to talk Austin I'll be here. Right now I don't want to listen to you diss a town I love." Mr Jerome walks away from me, leaving me standing on the corner street.

Pulling my phone out of my pocket I call my fiancé. The phone rings a couple of time before she answers.

Casey: Hey, Austin. How are you? What do you want?

Me: Hi, Casey. I'm good. What about you? Also, I want to have a conversation with you.

Casey: What about?

Me: I'm breaking up with you.

Casey: No, you're not.

Me: Yes, I am. I want to be with someone else.

Casey: YOU'RE NOT FUCKING BREAKING UP WITH ME. I WON'T ALLOW IT.

She can't tell me what to do and I'm doing this weather she likes it or not.

Me: Casey, you're dumped. When you get back to the city I want all your shit out of my place.

Casey: I'M NOT SURE IF YOU HEARD ME OR NOT, BUT WE'RE NOT BREAKING UP. END OF DISCUSSION, AUSTIN.

She hangs up on me.

How the hell am I going to get it through her head that I don't want to be with her anymore? I have someone more special coming into my arms.

Thanks to the bet I made with my friends. But, I'm not going to hurt her, like I told them all. I don't care about winning the bet. Especially, if I can get the girl to fall for me.

Hanging my head in shame I look towards the lake.

I need someplace to think.

Crossing the road I make my way to the lake. I walk down the path and move towards the lake.

When I get there I sit on the boardwalk and look over it and memories of last night hits me.

Leaning forward I place my lips on Eliza's and kiss her. It takes a moment before she gives in and kisses me. My tongue slips into her mouth and I deepen the kiss. "Liza, tell me you want me just as much as I do you."

Looking me in the eyes she says. "I want you more, Austin. I need you to put that hard cock into me and make sure that I can't walk tomorrow."

Pulling her underwear to the side I slip my cock into her. I lift her and she wraps her legs around me. "I'm taking you back to the fucking hotel when we're done."

A smile spreads across my face.

I can't wait to see Eliza tonight.

Looking at the time I stand up and make my way to my parent's place. When I get there I knock on their door.

Mom opens the door and she screams when she sees me. "Austin," she throws her arms around me. "When did you get home?"

"Ah," I scratch the back of my head, trying to come up with what to tell her. "I came in last night for the ten-year reunion."

She steps back and lets me into the house. "I'm not happy that you didn't come here earlier, Austin. However, I'm glad that you're here."

Dad walks down the stairs and he freezes as he sees me standing inside the house. "Are my eyes deceiving me or is my son standing in my house."

"I'm here, Dad." I make my way over to my father and hug him. "I was here for the reunion and now that it's over I'll be here for a month. I want to catch up with Mom and you."

Dad takes a good hard look at me and says. "I don't think we're the reason why you're here for the month. Maybe, things happened with Eliza and you want more time with her. I know you still love the girl."

After talking to Dad for a bit Mom walks into the room and she looks at me. "Austin, I want you to go to the hotel and check-out. I'm not going to have my son sleep in a hotel when there's a perfectly good bed in your old room. Are you going to have dinner with us tonight or do you have plans?"

Moving over to my mother I say. "I have plans with, Eliza. Do you mind if we do something another night? Can Eliza come too?"

A smile spreads across her face. "We'd love to have Eliza here for dinner. It's been a couple of months since we've seen the girl."

I'm glad she still stays in touch with my parents.

Mom walks to the kitchen with Dad and me following behind. "Have toy spoken to your brother recently?"

"No," I tell her. "He and I haven't been in touch since we got into a fight over my fiancé. How are he and the kids?"

"You're nieces and nephews are moving back to the states from England next month and they're going to be living in the city. If you see you're brother there, please be nice."

"I'm always nice to him. Tell him if he needs help moving to give me a call. I'd love to see him and his family."

It's been too long since I've seen them and I think it's time I bury the hatchet with him.
