Two mages born to protect Tir Na Nog Island: The Nature mage Oiamh Wolf daughter of the land and the storm mage Zero Sparks the son of the sky. Alongside their fellow Fire, Ice and Water protectors these five mages vowed to protect their island home...
Tír na nÓg. A mythical and beautiful island off the coast of Ireland home to all sorts of mythical beings. Beings like Werewolves, Elves, Merfolk, faeries and so many more. Among these are 6 protectors blessed with the powers of the six elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Ice, Lightning and Wind.
The rulers over this Island are Oisin and Niamh. The King and Queen. Who hand pick the elemental protectors themselves but things will be different as 4 of the new protectors are the children of the current ones. The bearer of fire just re-incarnates herself every generation
"It's a pleasure to see you today your majesties" Skyla the protector blessed with the power over wind said to the king and queen.
"Nay the pleasure is ours Lady Skyla. I hear your son turned 2 recently." Niamh replied
"Indeed. It seems he took after both myself and Rowen in terms of our powers. As he can control wind and lightning" Skyla explained then a Phoenix entered the room.
"Ah Lady Esterra. We were wondering when you would arrive" Oisin said to her
"Apologies for my lateness. Had a problem to deal with prior to my arrival" Esterra explained to the king. This fine lady is Esterra. A phoenix born with the power to have a human form, she was fond of the gladiators in Rome and therefore chose to embrace that in her guardian outfit

"Do not worry about it my friend. What news from Aleiya or Yukio? Or even Naomi?" Niamh asked (yeah Oiamh's mom is still called Naomi. I love the name too much)
"I'm unsure about Yukio or Aleiya majesties, however I have heard that Naomi has taken to the wolf den more and more of late and I don't know why. Skyla do you or Rowen know? since you're also wolves like them" Esterra explained to the Queen
"Yes. Naomi came to talk to me the other week. T'would seem she and her alpha male will be having their own family soon so she hasn't been able to do much work in the forests" Skyla responded then the three of them were dismissed
"I'm going to pay Naomi a visit to make sure she's alright. I'll be back in a bit my dear" Niamh told Oisin then she left.
"Naomi? It's Niamh is everything alright?" Queen Niamh asked the wolf
"Your majesty. Forgive me for not attending the meeting. I just learned of the death of my father and Trodaí is still away in the mainland fighting for our people" Naomi replied then I heard an infant cry
"What was that?" Niamh thought to herself
"Shh shh shh my sweet pup it's alright" Naomi said as she cradled the infant
"Is that?" Niamh asked
"My daughter. We named her Oiamh after you and Oisin" Naomi replied then Niamh kissed the infant's forehead
"She's so precious but why's Trodaí off fighting still? Shouldn't he and the army have returned by now?" Niamh asked Naomi
"I wish I knew Niamh. If I did I would say but I am unsure of that" Naomi replied then Niamh returned to the castle
"Oh Niamh. Is everything alright?" Oisin asked his queen
Niamh explained how Trodaí and the Army were still fighting in the mainland and how Naomi didn't know the status of her husband
"I see....I'm happy for them as well that they have a daughter but we need to figure out what's going on the mainland. And to do that I will go myself and return to the mainland of Ireland to find them" Oisin explained
"Good luck my love" Niamh said then Oisin got his armour on and mounted the white stallion that he and Niamh ride across the waters to Ireland.
"Trodaí!" Oisin shouted in shock when he saw his close friend lying in an infirmary bed wounded

(Trodaí in his combat gear and his right eye is permanently blind same to the wound on his left ear)
"What happened? And why haven't you returned to Tír na nÓg yet?" Oisin asked the guards
"We were waiting for Commander Trodaí to awaken before returning. The fighting ended 3 days ago yet he slumbers still" one of the soldiers replied
"I see. In any case bring him home to Tír na nÓg please. His wife is worried about him and at least if he's back on our island home she can get comfort in knowing he's close to her and their daughter"
"Lady Naomi and Commander Trodaí have a daughter?"
"Indeed. Little Oiamh. Wolf of the earth." Oisin explained then everyone returned to their sacred island home
Oisin sent a messenger to the forest wolves asking for Naomi to come to the castle infirmary with Oiamh.
"Trodaí! My love what happened?" Naomi asked the soldiers as she held Oiamh in her arms then Oisin held the infant for her
"He got attacked and slashed across his right eye. This happened three days ago my lady and he has yet to awaken" the nurse explained.
Naomi was heartbroken. Trodaí was her first love and they've known each other since they were pups.
Trodaí's POV
I can smell the familiar forest rose scent that is about my mate and wife Naomi.
"Na...omi?" I mumbled as I opened my eyes. My vision was so weird but from what I could see, I saw Naomi. Whom I haven't seen in five months
"Trodaí, you're awake" Naomi said to me with tears in her eyes that also were streaming down her face.
I also saw Oisin holding a small infant with hair the same colour of mine. Naomi also helped me sit up in my infirmary bed and after they gave me a mirror I saw my right eye. It's blinded permanently.
"Trodaí this little infant is your daughter. Oiamh" Oisin told me when he handed my little girl to me. Mine and Naomi's sweet little wolf pup.
"King Oisin and Queen Niamh, I am regretfully going to step down as a solider on the front lines. With my vision as it is now it will hinder me and I would much prefer to stay near Naomi and Oiamh to protect them as well" I explained to which they both smiled understanding my wish.
"If you didn't say it we would have suggested it. However we had planned to give you and Naomi something in recognition of your dedication to our island home as well as Ireland. A title: friends of the crown. With this all of our kingdom will recognise two of our best fighters and you will have the protection of the royal crown and family in your times of need" Oisin explained to Naomi and I as I was smiling at Oiamh who opened her eyes.
