Lisa called James to take Jennie home. The atmosphere wasn't the best right now and Lisa didn't think that Jennie should deal with this situation. The last thing Lisa needed, was her girlfriend to witness what was about to go them between her and her father. When she was about to leave, Jennie kissed Lisa goodbye, uncertain if she should actually leave her alone.

Walking away from Lisa's home, Jennie felt a void inside her heart. She wanted to be there to hold Lisa's hand and tell her it is all going to be okay. Jennie didn't know much about Lisa's relationship with her father, but what she knew was that Lisa wasn't living in a happy and healthy environment.

Unlike Jennie, who is actually thankful that the only current issue in her family is their finance. But everything else is okay. Jennie feels loved and cherished everyday.

Once Jennie was gone, Lisa went into the living room where her father was, drinking a ice cold martini. Lisa took the glass from his hand and placed it on the table. "It's too early to start drinking. Besides, this martini is mine."

"So you like girls now? Honey, I think we need to talk about your sexuality." Marco, Lisa's father said, laughing to himself, at how fatherly he sounded. Lisa chuckled at his attempt of redemption.

"Don't worry. Amelia and I have talked about it already." Lisa told him and Marco clapped his hands. Lisa tried her hardest to actually love her father but he was so annoying, that it became impossible for her to feel anything but hate towards him.

"Good. Amelia always playing the replacement mother." Marco joked and looked at Audrey with despair. "When are you planning on visiting your real mother? You know, the one that actually gave birth to you? The one who carried you for 9 months?"

"Oh, you mean the crackhead who plotted to kill me? Nah, I'm good." Lisa replied and Marco rolled his eyes. "Don't you dare roll your eyes at me in my house, dad." Lisa warned him and Marco slammed his hand on the coffee table.

"You are a little bitch. You are a spoiled brat. How could you say that about your mother?! She made a mistake." Marco yelled defending his wife once again. Lisa was so done with both of them, she just couldn't handle how worthless they meant to her.

"A mistake that almost ended my life. Grandpa always warned me that you two were trash. I was just too young to understand him, but now I do." Lisa spat out, kicking the coffee table, making the martini glass fall on the ground.

"I don't even know why I am here. I thought we could have a father and daughter bonding time." Marco complained standing up. "All you care about is yourself and no one else."

As her father was walking away, Lisa called him out. "Marco, I think your lawyer should stay by the phone, because my lawyers will contact you soon. I want to get done and over with my emancipation. The sooner we end this father-daughter relation, the better it will be for both of us. You will continue acting as the town's most powerful man until I turn 25. And don't even try to plot against me again or else you will watch all my money be given to Amelia and James." Lisa warned him, standing up and walking towards the place where the martini glass fell.

She picked it up and placed it back on the table. "You are despicable." Marco said and Lisa smiled at him.

"I'd rather be despicable than to be a worthless father or a criminal mother. Now get out of my house before I call security." Lisa told him and Marco walked away. He slammed the door shut on his way out. "How do you even consider yourself as a father?" Lisa asked once he was gone.

Amelia walked into the living room to clean the drink that spilled on the floor. "Patience, my child. Patience." Amelia said as she cleaned the floor.

"I hate them. I hope they become happy and move far away from here." She told Amelia and walked upstairs into her room. She wanted to be alone for a while.

Why was her life so messed up? Why couldn't she ever be happy? Why did her mother hate her this much and why did her father protect that lunatic? So many questions that haunted Lisa at night but she never got the answers she wanted.

"Jennie, can you come to the living room honey?" Yejin called her daughter, who was in the kitchen washing the dishes. Jennie was far too distracted thinking about Lisa, and how much she must be feeling alone, with her father showing up like that.

Jennie sat down on the sofa, next to her sister, who was already in her pyjamas. Jennie wasn't much worried about how she was going to fit into her new house. She was worried about Ella. Being young and going through so many changes is going to be confusing to her.

Jennie knows what she is thinking about, because Jennie herself is still going through her changes. Maybe it would be a good idea to not talk about her personal relationships for a while. Her parents don't need any new surprises.

"Your father and I had arranged last week, to sell this house to the bank. Once we do that, we will have enough money to pay for the rent in our new home. Tomorrow after school, you girls are going to come with us to where we are going to live. It's a nice neighborhood, you won't have to share a room anymore and it is quite nice." Yejin kept saying, trying to see the positive side of things.

"Yeah, but it's far away from home, which is here. I don't mind working as well. I can do a part-time job." Ella insisted and Hyunbin looked at his daughter, who seemed to not want to move out of the home she grew used to.

"Ella, mom and dad are doing their best. Don't worry. That can be our home as well. We just..we can't afford this one right now. The adults will handle this and all we have to do is keep studying." Jennie said hugging Ella. Ella sensed that something was different with her sister. She sounded humble and caring.

"Exactly." Yejin agreed, perplexed as well. Jennie should have been arguing about staying in this house and how many memories they have, and beg for her parents to allow her to work, just so they could keep the house. But she was so welcoming to change and that scared Yejin.

Once the talk in the living room was over, Ella went to sleep, and Hyunbin went to his bedroom to pack some of his books. Meanwhile Jennie decided to help her mother finish cleaning the kitchen. This was a nice way of the two spending time together.

"I will miss this house." Jennie sighed, while cleaning the table. Yejin smiled to herself and nodded her head, while looking around the kitchen.

"Sometimes we all must go through changes in order to grow. I have a good feeling about this." Yejin confessed and she looked at her daughter. It was strange how Jennie has grown so fast. She used to be just a small girl and now she is a woman. "You know honey, you are so beautiful. You look just like your father."

"Gee, thanks mom." Jennie said and Yejin laughed, approaching her daughter. She softly moved the strings of hair falling in front of Jennie's eyes. Everything about Jennie's face reminded Yejin of Hyunbin.

"It's true. You look just like your father. You both are so beautiful." Yejin spoke and Jennie smiled at her mother. Jennie knew she resembled her father the most, but she has never said anything. This is the first time she heard it from her mother. "You know, I have always known that you were different. And honey, there is nothing wrong with being different. You will come in terms with who you are and that is okay with me. I am here to support both you and Ella."

Jennie looked at her mother's eyes and she noticed something different. It was as if her mother could see through her soul.

"I know." Jennie responded looking down at her feet.

"Just remember, that your father and I are always here. And that being different is not wrong. Being different is good and totally normal. Treat yourself with love and others will too. Goodnight." Yejin said, kissing Jennie's forehead in the progress.

As her mother walked away, Jennie reflected on the words she just heard. It seems as if her mother knows more about her than she thought.
