"Grandma, what do you have in this luggage?" Lisa questioned as she dragged her grandmother's luggage inside her house. It weighted more than 50 kg and Lisa wasn't sure how she managed to bring it inside. James was right behind her, bringing the other luggage with a label on, it said: Fragile.

Lisa's grandmother was only going to be with her for the weekend, yet she was bringing this much stuff, as if she was hinting that she would stay forever. "Well my clothes and many presents for you." Her grandmother told her and Lisa smiled brightly.

Jennie was in the kitchen studying when she heard Lisa's voice. Jennie slept over and promised Lisa that she was going to take better grades in this final term exams. They were at the end of March already and the exams were approaching as quickly as they could. Jennie didn't want to disappoint Lisa , so she is working towards getting a better grade.

"Her grandmother is here!" Jennie exclaimed talking to Amelia, who didn't seem as excited.

"Yeah. it's going to be a very turbulent weekend." Amelia commented and started washing the dishes, as her excuse to not opening the door for Lisa's grandmother.

Lisa walked inside the kitchen with her grandmother and Jennie stood up from her seat. "Grandma, this is Jennie...my girlfriend." Lisa trailed off, hoping her grandmother would think she meant as in a girl who is a friend. Lisa didn't feel like arguing with her grandmother. But at least in the near future, Lisa could say she had told her grandmother about Jennie before.

"Another friend? That's great. You need as many as you to live a happy life." Her grandma advised and Lisa bit her lower lip. This was going to be a very complicated weekend.

Lisa's grandmother stood behind the counter and cleared her throat to get Amelia's attention. "I'm going to pretend she didn't see me because she's busy." Amelia turned the tap off and cleaned her hands with the towel. She turned around and smiled at Lisa's grandmother.

"Hello, how are you, Madame?" Amelia asked her and Lisa's grandmother wondered around and started looking at the counter and the corners of the kitchen to make sure it was all clean.

"I am fine. I am good. I came to visit my granddaughter, of course I would be great. I will be in the office, you bring me some breakfast." Lisa's grandmother said as she walked towards the office.

Amelia sighed out of frustration and called James through the intercom. "Yes!" he responded as he ran towards the kitchen.

"We need to go to the market." Amelia was saying as she was removing her apron. "Madame wants some home breakfast. I will give her the best one I got." Amelia said to him and James shook his head.

"I can already see how troubling this weekend will be." James commented and rushed outside of the house to get to the car. Amelia grabbed her purse and walked out, leaving Jennie dumbfounded. She didn't understand the tension going on between Lisa's grandmother and Amelia.

"Well that was awkward." Jennie mumbled and Lisa snorted. It was more than awkward and Lisa didn't even know how to explain it.

"My grandmother and Amelia go way back. Amelia is a many years younger than my grandmother and she has worked for my family ever since she was 20 years old. My grandfather and my grandmother they loved each other but Amelia always took better care of my grandfather, which lead to a romance between them. In conclusion, when I moved here with my grandfather, my grandma didn't come, but Amelia came instead. My grandmother still hates her, which she has the right to, but I can't overlook at how well Amelia took care of me, especially after my grandfather died when I was in East Woods Middle School. I don't think they will ever get along." Lisa explained and Jennie nodded her head not knowing what exactly to say.
