The door bell rang twice, when Jennie was inside the kitchen. She was washing the dishes from lunch time, whilst her parents were inside their room and Ella was in her room, probably doing homework. "Is everyone going to ignore the door?" Jennie shouted from the kitchen, wondering why no one was coming out of their rooms to open the door, when they knew she was washing the dishes.

"No." They answered in unison and Jennie groaned at how lazy her family was acting. It was a Saturday afternoon, and after a peaceful lunch, in which her mother cooked some roasted duck and fried sweet potato chips, Jennie received the duty of cleaning the house, while everyone else relaxed and enjoyed their Saturday. Jennie had plans with Lisa, which had to be delayed.

She threw the plate she was washing inside the sink and rinse her hands to clean any foam from the washing liquid. Jennie wiped her hands on her black jeans and walked towards the door. The guards of this building clearly didn't care about their jobs or the safety of the people living in the flats. They never announce when there are visitors and Jennie just knee that even if she mentioned something, they won't announce it anyway.

Jennie unlocked the door and turned the knob around. She almost fell backwards, as a pair of muscled arms wrapped in expensive faux fur were placed around her. Her aunt was hugging her so tight, Jennie forgot to breathe for a second. She was squealing, while her aunt was swinging her left to right. "I am so happy to see you. You've grown immensely. You are a woman now!!" Her aunt was yelling and as soon as Jennie's parents heard her voice, they came rushing out of their bedroom. Ella did the same.

"Aunt Jessie!" Ella yelled running towards the entrance of their flat. Aunt Jessica finally let go of Jennie, to wrap her arms around Ella's small frame. Aunt Jessica picked her up and twirled around with Ella throwing her hands in the air with excitement. "I can't believe you're actually here! This is the best day ever."

Aunt Jessica put Joyce down and looked at her, with the brightest smile on her face. "You look amazing. You look exactly like me when I was your age." Aunt Jessics said and Hyunbin cleared his throat to gain the attention from his sister. Aunt Jessica brushed her hand on top of Ella's hair and went over to hug her brother and greet her sister in law.

"Jessie, what are you doing here?" Hyunbin asked confused as ever. He never got the chance to invite his family to visit their new home, so it was normal for him to not understand how Aunt Jessica found them.

"Aren't you happy to see your sister?" She asked.

"I guess." He replied.

"Gosh," She scoffed, "I have endless resources. A simple phone call was enough to know of yours and your family's whereabout and your current situation as well. I knew you were struggling but not that much. And I knew you wouldn't accept my help through the phone, so I came in person." Aunt Jessica explained and Yejin looked at her daughters.

"Ella, you can go back to studying. Jennie, go prepare some coffee and biscuits for your aunt." Yejin told them and each girl followed their mother's orders. Ella went back into her bedroom, knowing the adults would be talking about 'adult' things. Meanwhile, Jennie went back to the kitchen to prepare what her mother asked. She had this weird sensation the moment she opened the door. It was obvious Aunt Jessica came with news and Jennie didn't know if they were good or bad.

Jennie heard the chattering happening in the living room, as she prepared the coffee. There was still a minute left in the machine and she didn't feel like going in there, without the coffee and the biscuits. Aunt Jessica was doing most of the talking and her parents were either saying 'Yes' or 'If that is the best option'.

Aunt Jessica always had a 'superior role' in her family. Being the oldest daughter and oldest sibling, Aunt Jessica had a lot more responsibilities than Jennie has now in the modern age. Aunt Jessica always worked hard at everything she did and marketing was always her strongest suit. After she made her empire, she supported her family as much as she could, but everyone was always complaining, saying she was showing off her money. That made Aunt Jessica distance herself from her family. Their relationship was in such a bad state, that when Aunt Jessica got married to a guy 10 years younger than her, Jennie only heard about it on their first year anniversary.
