9: Chest Against Chest

A week has gone by since what happened in Lisa's pool, a memory she will never forget for the rest of her life. Lisa did her presentation with Jennie, luckily they were the first ones, so once they were done with, the two felt relaxed. But they knew that this partnership was just starting.

They talked about how females are capable of inheriting diseases, as carriers, but it can be passed down to their male children. Some females don't expose those symptoms, but once their male kid has it, it will be as if he suffered the consequences, basically. Everyone loved their presentation, because 1) They were the only group who didn't do cloning and 2) besides Joy and Jungkook, they studied their topic.

"I haven't seen Irene this whole week, where has she been?", Jennie has asked during lunch time. This past week, Irene has been distant and hasn't shown up to class. She showed up for her own presentation, but she left soon after. As much as Jennie treated her like a minion, she did care about Irene's well being.

"Me neither. Have you heard anything from her?" Joy asked Sana who shrugged her shoulders. Jennie found herself a little bit distracted, she noticed Lisa buying her lunch and then heading out of the cafeteria, not before smiling at Jennie.

Ever since what happened in the pool, Jennie has been feeling different. Before she wouldn't dare to wear over exposed clothes, but after being naked before Lisa, Jennie just keeps wearing short shorts, mini skirts, strapless dresses and strapless blouses, and even during P.E. she finds herself in exaggerated and sexy positions, whenever she knows Lisa was looking, which is always. Jungkook believes it's for him and so does Jennie's mind, but her heart knows better.

Today Jennie was wearing some black shorts with a crop top and some sandals. Jungkook said she looked hot, but it wasn't his compliment she was looking for. When Lisa noticed her during History class, she leaned towards Jennie's seat - which is in front of hers - and whispered: "You look hot." Jennie has been euphoric ever since.

"Here she comes." Jennie's attention was brought back to the conversation in the table, when Sana motioned towards Irene, who was holding hands with someone. Jennie wasn't recognising the person, but once the two approached their table, she felt like puking.

"What the fuck are you doing by holding his hand?" Jennie asked Irene, as she looked at the guy standing next to her.

Jackson Wang. Jennie knew he was a bad influence and he is known as the resident gold digger of the school. "He is my new boyfriend and he came here to present himself to you." Irene explained sitting down, while Jackson stood before Jennie.

"There is nothing that he can say, that will make him approve your relationship. He is trash and you are class. So he can beat around the bush and never show up in front of me again!" Jennie demanded and Jackson raised an eyebrow, staring down at her.

"I love Irene and she loves me. She told me that whenever your girl friends get boyfriends, we are supposed to present ourselves to you, and even though that is ridiculous, I am willing to stand here and embarrass myself for her. So please, don't treat me like that." Jackson pleaded and Jennie knew this was just his usual victimization act.

"Jennie, just hear him out." Jennie sighed and crossed her arms, willing to listen to whatever Jackson has to say, just because Irene asked her to.

"Fine, speak." Jennie told him.

"I am sorry, if Irene has been distant this past week. We have been knowing each other and we realise we wanna be together. I know I made many mistakes before and I want to apologise for it." Jackson said and Jennie scratched her eyebrow, feeling annoyed. "I want to date Irene, before I head to college. I want to know what the future holds for us. I sense it's something beautiful."
