"All packed up?" Jennie turned over to the door, where her mother stood, with her shoulder leaning against the doorframe. She nodded her head and focused back on folding her clothes. Yejin walked inside her daughter's room and wondered around. "Too bad you are leaving. You didn't even get to spend a year in this room. It will miss you a lot."

"I know. But this is for the best." Jennie told her and Yejin walked over to her daughter. They both hugged, as Yejin was doing her best to contain the tears. She just couldn't believe her daughter was leaving. The longest Jennie has been away from home was a few months when she was born and she had to spend most of her time in a incubator. Now it was going to be more than just a couple of months.

"You are so brave and so beautiful. You are going to be amazing in the new school and this time you will work harder. I went to your school this morning to take care of your transfer papers. Every teacher in there told me that they wish you good luck and that you thrive high in the future." Yejin said to Jennie, while brushing her hair away from Jennie's face.

"Really?" Jennie tried hard to hide the surprise in her voice, but she failed terribly. She never imagined that her teachers would even remember her, aside from all the problems she caused in the past. Maybe they all saw how hard she worked into changing and are finally giving her a break.

"Really. Miss Tiffany told me you've been working hard and that she hopes all your hard work pays off in London." Miss Tiffany actually praising Jennie is a scary thought. Jennie hated how she had to leave now that every teacher was finally recognizing her as a human being.

Jennie finished packing and asked her parents for a quick chat. She knew it was about time she told them the truth and going away might help them think about how far she has gone. "There was something that I managed to hide from you for a really long time." Jennie started off and her father raised an eyebrow.

"Is this about that Lisa girl? I mean, honey, I knew she was your girlfriend the moment she paid for your expensive hospital bill. I even remember how freaked out she was when we arrived at the hospital." Jennie swore that if she was drinking water at this moment, she would have spat it out the moment those words came out of her father's mouth.

"Wait what? You guys knew? I mean, I only told mom but I never introduced her as other than just a friend." Jennie questioned, thinking of how well her poker face has worked in the past.

"I kinda had a hunch when you first introduced us to her, and well, you gave yourself away by the way you looked at her. No way you would be in love with your friend. I am okay with that. I just didn't want you to have to lie to me. I understand that times have changed and that people are allowed to love whoever they'd want to love. I love you regardless." Hyunbin said and Jennie hugged him tight. Her father always managed to surprise her.

"Thank you. You don't have an idea how much that means to me. I love you, too. But to be honest, that wasn't what I was talking about." Jennie confessed, as she slowly unwrapped her arms from around her father. "Well...in the past, let's say from when I started high school up until the beginning of junior year, I was a horrible person. I was a bully; a manipulative person and I did horrible things to others. I never got the chance to apologise to any of them and only got around to saying sorry to one of them. I want you to know that I regret everything I did in the past. I was in a road of self-destruction. I just... I am sorry because that was not how you raised me. I know better now and I promise I will work into being a better human being."

"We all make mistakes, but honey, it's not us you have to apologize to. The only you can make this okay is if you forgive yourself and work harder into making sure that you never hurt anyone else in your life. The things you did in the past won't stay in the past. And there will be a moment when you will be face to face with one of the people that you've hurt. My advise is to listen to how they feel and apologize with sincerity. I hope you don't mistreat others in your new school or I swear on my mother's soul you are coming back!" Yejin told Jennie and she nodded her head.
