"Amelia, I will be late for school today, just a couple of minutes." Lisa told Amelia beforehand, as she was entering the kitchen to have her breakfast. Amelia shook her head and finished washing the dishes to prepare Lisa's breakfast. Since the emancipation was concluded, Amelia had been taking a bigger role in Lisa's life, to the point that she tells Amelia where she was going and who she was going to be with.

"I don't think it makes sense for you to arrive late to school. You've always valued your education and it won't work if you are too busy trying to date again and skipping class." Amelia lectured her, while placing the plate of scrambled eggs and beef sausages in front of Lisa. Lisa grabbed the ketchup in front of her and poured it all over her sausages.

"Well for your information, I am single and I am not skipping class, but visiting a friend who is at the hospital." Lisa explained and then started devouring her food. Amelia raised an eyebrow and stared at Lisa for a couple of minutes, before she reacted. "What?"

"Is that friend named Jennie?" Amelia asked while crossing her arms. She knew Lisa more than she thought.

"Maybe." Lisa responded, trying to run away from anymore questions.

"Then if that friend is Jennie, that means you plan on not being single anymore. Mi corazón, you need to stop doing whatever you want, or else you will drive Jennie insane. First you broke her heart and now you're doing everything you can to be next to her. Give her some space, maybe someone else will make her happy, something you couldn't do." Amelia told Lisa, and Lisa stopped eating, dropping her fork on the plate.

"I made her very happy!" Lisa exclaimed, and shutting her mouth right away after she realized she just yelled at Amelia. Amelia rolled her eyes and walked over to Lisa's plate and took it away. Lisa wanted to hold onto it, but Amelia had anger all over her eyes and Lisa didn't want to get in her way.

"Oh you did? Then why are you not dating her anymore? Lisa, think about it. If you were making her happy, why would you go through such trouble to make her miserable? You told me you broke up with her because you felt like there was no friendship between you too. Let me tell you about relationships." Amelia started saying, as she sat down next to Lisa. Lisa didn't want to listen, but she knew Amelia was going to tell her what she has been avoiding to hear.

Amelia continued. "Jennie is your first love, and as you told me before, you hope she becomes your last. Which means, you two have many years ahead of you to build a friendship within your relationship. Many couples, who are still together today, weren't friends at first, but as time passed they became the greatest friends. You can't have everything in a relationship on the get go. It takes time and patience for trust to grow and for a bond to be formed. If I may be honest, breaking up with Jennie would just make her look for happiness elsewhere and you might end up alone."

"I know-" Lisa was saying, but Amelia cut her.

"No, you don't. Because if you did, you would have never broken up with Jennie in the first place after dating her for a couple of months. When you two have a 10 years anniversary, then we might have another chat. For now, go fix things, quick." Amelia advised her and stood up from the seat and went back to her chores.

"Can you give me back my food?" Lisa asked after noticing that she wasn't finished with her food.

"Don't you have somewhere to go?" Lisa started cursing at herself, while gathering her belongings to leave the house. Amelia's words placed in a trance that she forgot about time at all.

Yesterday, after seeing Jennie with Chahee, Lisa realized she made a mistake by breaking things off. When she went home, the first person she called was Chaeyoung, who was lecturing Lisa on how she has no right to be jealous. As much as Chaeyoung was right, Lisa couldn't avoid feeling like this. Every time she thought of Jennie, she had a flashback of Jennie laughing in the hospital room with Chahee. Lisa felt horrible, but whenever she thought of Chahee, she just wanted to punch her on the face.
