Missing (Kyalin)

This takes place 1 year after the Kuvira shitty mess.

Something bad was about to happen. Lin could feel it. Mako walked into the Chief's office. "Hey Chief I'm going on break. You need anything before I go?"

"Nah get outta here kid. Be safe." The metal bender said with a wave of her hand. She continued working on reports and cases that should've been done. Lin was the kind of Chief that didn't give up. Until she had proof, the missing people were alive, the wanted gang members were going to get arrested one day, and the rape victims were going to get justice.

An explosion was heard and Lin immediately stood up and ran out of her office. The Police Station was filled with smoke. Fire bending officers tried to put out the flames but no luck. Earth Bender's were keeping the building stable. "EVERYONE OUT NOW!" Lin shouted and people who weren't already running out, ran. Lin was about to run but she spotted a suspicious figure coming towards her. The flames were parting with each step the figure took towards her. "Flameo Hotman.... Literally."

*Outside*

Mako yelled out orders. Everyone knew Lin left Mako in charge whenever she was gone. "Keep the building stable until Chief gets out!! Page the hospital to send out ambulances for the injured!! Saikhan!!"

"Right here sir!" Saikhan answered as he ran towards the fire bender.

"Send a message to Air Temple Island! Tell them an attack on the station occurred and we need back up. Chief is currently MIA." Saikhan nodded and wrote everything down then whistled for a messenger hawk. He attached the paper to it and sent it towards Air Temple Island. It's been five minutes and the Earth Bender's were getting weaker and weaker. Chief Beifong still wasn't out and everyone started getting worried. A polar bear dog came into sight and Asami and Korra jumped off.

"Is Chief still not out?" Korra asked. Mako shook his head and Korra ran inside getting protests from her girlfriend and Mako. "Chief!!.... LIN!" Coughing was heard and the unknown figure grabbed the Beifong before disappearing into thin air. The flames went out and Korra was confused and upset. "LIN! FUCK!" Korra ran back outside with a defeated look on her face and everyone gasped. "Oh no she's not dead. But there was this person. They took her and disappeared into thin air. It was weird. Someone call Kya and Tenzin. We need to find her!"

"Wait was Tenzin not on his way?" Mako asked. Asami shook her head.

"No one but us were on Air Temple Island. Everyone went to the Southern Air Temple for the day." The non-bender said.

"I'm going go radio the Southern Air Temple." Korra said grabbing her glider and flew back to Air Temple Island.

*With Lin*

"Punk... hoe...fucker...I'll kill you...You gonna say something bitch? Yeah punk ass." Lin said as the unknown person dragged her. After the disappearing magic trick the unknown person pulled, they tied up Lin and took her to an abandoned building in Ba Sing Se. Of course, the metal bender didn't know this. "Oh when I get my hands on you..."

"Shut up! You killed my father and I'm going to make sure you never have any happiness again!" A female voice yelled.

"I don't think I've ever had happiness but okay. Anyways. Who are you? Part of the red lotus? Kuvira supporter? Amon follower? WHO!" The Chief said getting frustrated.

"You sure? What about that little girlfriend of yours? I'll make sure she dies and it will be ALL your fault." Lin eyes widened and the mysterious woman chuckled. "Yeah now shut up."
