Remember how we all wish to have a double life when we were younger? Well, you found out it is not a dream coming true at all. A part of your life is your daughter, Eunjoo, while the other is your boyfriend, Wonho, that don't have a clue about Eunjoo. Many times you tried telling him, but he always seems to find something else to do before you say it. Or maybe it's your fault, because you take too much time saying it. It is been a year and he still don't know... you are scared he will break up when he will found out, so you act like you are not the mom/dad of a 4 years old.

At the exact same time, Eunjoo woke up and you heard her going out of her bed.
- Joo: Good morning mommy/daddy! - You: Good morning sweetheart! Did you sleep well?
She nodded and came closer to you for her morning hug. What are you going to do? Wonho is coming here and you don't have time to ask your brother to keep an eye on her... today is the day... you will tell him.
You are not sure it is the brightest way to tell her about Wonho, but will she understand what is a boyfriend anyway? You are drowning yourself under lies and you can't keep it going. Form the corner of your eyes you saw the white car parking itself in your parking. Not long after that, a knock was heard in the house.
- Joo: Can I open the door? - You: Sure sweetheart.
Her little feet made their way to the door and she opened it with difficulties. Wonho was probably waiting to see your face with a bright smile, but when the door opened he saw a little girl in her yellow pyjamas with messy hair surprised by the man in front of her. She came back to you running and hide behind you. She giggled a bit and look at Wonho subtly.
- Wonho: Oh I didn't know you were babysitting someone's kid. I can come back, you should have told me.
He didn't seems mad, well not for the moment. In his hand were some bags, that probably contain the breakfast. You are not sure it will be eaten....
- You: Yes honey, what do you want for breakfast ? - Joo: Fruits! - Wonho: Mommy/daddy? You are kidding me right?
You looked at him with a sad expression, you wish you were kidding. Your dream was to tell him the first week, than week transform in months and in year... Eunjoo pulled your shirt to remember you that she is hungry. You took her in your arms and bring her to the kitchen.
- You: I'll make her breakfast and we will talk about it Okay?
His mouth was open on surprise and he didn't know that to say. You kissed him quickly and went to the kitchen after that. Eunjoo was playing with a puzzle while you were cutting fresh fruit when you heard someone pulling a chair and sitting on it. You turned around and saw that it was Wonho.
- Wonho: What's your name? - Joo: My name is Eunjoo! - Wonho: It's a pretty name. - Joo: What is yours? - Wonho: I am Wonho. - Joo: Wonho? - Wonho: Yeah we say it like that. How old are you? - Joo: 4 years old!
She showed four fingers to Wonho to make sure it was the good number.
- Wonho: Oh you are a big girl!
She nodded and showed him her puzzle.
- Wonho: Do you want me to help you with it?
She nodded with energy and he started making the puzzle with her.
- Joo: It don't go there! - Wonho: Really? I thought so...
She laughed and corrected him.
- Joo: This piece go there! - You: She knows that puzzle by heart. - Wonho: So I am working with a professional as I can see.
She smiled and it make you so happy that she likes Wonho. You are not sure of what he is thinking about all of this but you are wishing from the bottom of your heart that it's positive. You can think about losing him... it would be horrible. They are the most important things in your life, both of them, and you can't lose one of them. Wonho seem to appreciate the moment, or maybe he is just acting, but you truly know that Eunjoo is enjoying. She is really friendly, but it always took some time before she is really friendly with someone, it does not with Wonho.
- You: Breakfast is ready!
She putted her puzzle away and was excited to eat. You didn't have time to put the bowl on the table she took a strawberry and ate it.
- You: We can go talk in the living room if you want... - Wonho: I bring breakfast, we can eat before, it's not that important.
You didn't want to have that talk with him, but you will have to one day. You nodded and half smiled. You sat and he gave a you a part of the things he bring. You just started eating silently and waited for Wonho to demonstrate he was mad to you, but he did not. He was as sweet as before, maybe even more... Even if it's the behaviour you were expecting of him, it's surprising. If you were him, you would have be so mad and he is so calm and gentle... you can't ask for someone better than him.
- Joo: Mommy/daddy I'm finished!
You helped her get out of her chair and to wash her hands. You put the bowl in the dishwasher and sat back.
- You: You can go play, I'll be there if there's something okay?
She nodded and disappeared in a second. It's the time for Wonho and you to talk.
- Wonho: So you have a kid? - You: I do. - Wonho: Why did you hide it from me? - You: I wanted to tell you, so many times, but it never seemed to be the right moment... - Wonho: So Eunjoo was the little detail? - You: It's bigger than what you thought. - Wonho: Much bigger. How did you even hide a kid from me for a year? - You: My brother help me mostly...
You were getting emotional, wich is not a good sign. Breath in, breath out, calmly.
- You: She is the most important thing I have in life if I don't count you. I know it's a lot to ask, since you are probably really angry at me and I understand, but please don't leave... I love you. - Wonho: Baby... I never even thought of leaving you. I'm not angry, I would have probably do the same thing if I was you. Sure, I would have like, you telling me before, but it's okay. - Wonho: But I still have a question... - You: Yes? - Wonho: Can I be her stepdad? - You: Would you like to? - Wonho: Are you kidding me? I WOULD LOVE TO!
You smiled and you were relived, he's not mad! He can't make you more happy than that. He kissed you and took your hand before joining Eunjoo.
