{ Acting differently }

Jun usually have a really calm and charming personality. He is so attentive and always there to hug you. However, you found out he was a bit different with his friends around...

"Are we still going to your friend's?" you asked your boyfriend while trying to hide a new pimple. "Yeah." he said as he went behind you placed his hands around your waist. He kissed your temple and you blushed. You tried to hurry and once you were ready you headed outside to the car. He took your hand while driving with the other.

"I'm excited to meet your friends!" you exclamed. "I'm sure they can't wait to see you, I talked about you so much they must be happy to finally meet you!" You smiled. To be honest, you didn't even thought he would talk about you with his friends, so you're happy to learn he do.

He turned in the driveway of a huge house.
"That's where your friends live?" You gulped and Jun nodded. He opened your door and you walked to the door of the house.

"Jun! You finally arrived! Come in boy." said a tall man. Jun abandoned you to salute his friends. You said to yourself that it was normal so you just took off your shoes and followed him. They immediately started to play video games so you just sat on the couch being silent. Of course you find Jun's behaviour a bit weird but you decided to stay quiet about it.

A black haired boy came and sat next to you.
"So you're Jun's Y/Gfriend?" "I am." "Nice to meet you I'm Seungcheol." You smiled at the guy. "Have you been introduced to the others?" " I haven't actually..." you answered. "Well this is Minghao, you probably heard about him he's Jun's best friend..." he started. "I never heard about him..." Seungcheol looked confused but kept going on introducing everyone.

Dokyeom joined Seungcheol and you in your discussion and you learned to know more about Jun. There was a lot more you didn't know about Jun than you thought. Already two hours passed since you arrived at Jun's friend's house and he didn't talk to you once. It was hurting you more than it should.

At least, Seungcheol, Dokyeom and Seungkhwan had the kindness to talk with you while Jun was occupied with something else. When he stopped playing and they all sat near you and the three boys, you tried to get closer to your boyfriend, but as you tried to take his hand, he quickly moved his arm so you couldn't reach his hand. You didn't try to take his hand again in the evening.

Even if you met Seungcheol three hours ago, you felt like he was understanding you and when you looked over him after your attempt of taking your boyfriend's hand, he looked sorry. Another two hours passed, where you talked with Seungcheol. Two hours where you learned that he have a passion in acting and you told him that if he ever have the chance to play in a movie he must invite you to the first presentation.

From times to times you looked over Jun and not once he looked to care about you. Maybe after all it wasn't the best idea to meet his friends even if you had the chance to meet new people. The first time he talked to you in six hours was to tell you, you were soon leaving.

You said goodbye to the ones that have politely kept a discussion with you and left the house next to Jun. You took the passenger seat, as usual and didn't say word, wich is unusual. Jun didn't seemed to care at first and it deeply hurt you. You convinced yourself that maybe he was acting differently, because it was his first time with you and his friends, but he is still acting differently when you are now left alone and that was the hardest part.

Half way home, you saw Jun's head turning around and looked at you. You pretended to not have seen him and just kept watching the road. "Since when are you so silent?" he sweetly asked with one of his calmest voice. You simply shrugged your shoulders. It's true that you don't know yourself, because you were still debating if you were overreacting or not.

When you turn the doorknob of your appartement, you arrived to the conclusion that you weren't overreacting. But maybe he will see it that way and that really scared you. You took off your shoes and locked yourself in the bathroom. You passed some fresh water in your face and breathe deeply.

When you got out the bathroom, diner was ready and on the table, waiting for you. Jun already ate half of his plate and was looking at his phone, not been looking up from the sound of the unlocked bathroom's door. "Jun can we talk?" "Yeah, give me a second." You we're still standing in the middle of the kitchen and it wasn't bothering him.

"Jun..." he looked one more time to his phone before finally putting it down. "Yes?" "Did I did something to upset you?" His face frowned in a confuse face. "No why?" "I don't know tell me, you're acting so weird since we stepped in your friend's house. Not even wanting to hold my hand. You didn't talk to me once and even your friends were wondering why." You let it all out. "I did that?" "Yeah you did, didn't you noticed?" It was upsetting you that he didn't even pay attention to that.

"You tried to hold my hand and I didn't let you take it?" He asked more confused than ever.
"Exactly. Can I have a reason why??" He got up of the table and walked to you with open arms. " I think it's the stress. I was scared if they were going to accept you or not and it was my only thought of all afternoon... did I hurt you?"

He know you well... too well. "Yeah..." He sighed at your answer. "I'm sorry." He hugged you tightly and rubbed your back. He kissed your lips and intertwined your fingers with his. "I'll try to be less distant next time Okay? I didn't realize it, I'm so sorry." "It's okay." You answered. "At least did you had a great time?" "Yeah, your friend Seungcheol was really kind to me." "I'll keep in mind to thank him."
