Son Seongjun/ Castle J

{Teamed up}

You entered the class and detected that something was different from usual. The desks were regrouped in two. That means that there will be a team work and you fear you won't choose the person you are with.

You hate team works. Being shy, you never stand for what you want and at the end the work is none of what you would have like it to be. Sometimes the teacher let you work alone, but it don't happen often. You hope it will happen today.

You sat at your usual desk and your best friend sat next to you. You are pretty sure they think you will have the permission to work together, but you think otherwise.

Soon, everyone was sitting somewhere and the second bell rang meaning the class could start. The teacher didn't waste a second and got up to be in front of everyone. "Good morning everyone. Today, like you must have noticed, there will be a team work. For the pleasure of the chatty ones, this team work will  last 6 classes." "Can we chose our teammate?Asked Huijun. "No, I will choose the person you will work with."

You are living a nightmare. 6 classes? With someone that you didn't even chose! Your best friend tried to cheer you up and smiled.
"There's still a chance that we will end up together." They said. "I'm not sure about that."
"Be hopeful at least." You rolled your eyes and waited for the teacher to keep going.

"First, once I will be done saying the teams, you will change places. So let's get started. [...], Y/N and Seongjun, [...]" You didn't even listen to the rest of what the teacher said. You are teamed up with Son Seongjun, the most popular boy of the class and to enthroned all of this, your crush since three years.

Your best friend smirked at you and you hided your face. This is a terrible news. Not too long after that, everyone changed their places and you, you just stayed there. Seongjun joined you and he didn't talk, because the teacher was about to say what the work is.

You could feel your heartbeat increasing. He is so close to you, you can feel the warmth of his body coming to warm you up. The teacher started explaining the work and let you work after this.

"So, what do you want to do for the work?" He asked you. You shrugged your shoulders and returned the question to him. He laughed and you looked away. "Oh c'mon quiet Y/G, tell me."
Quiet Y/G? Is it what you are for him? Like, you knew you weren't someone really special for him, but quiet Y/G?

"Maybe we should work on our own!" You said that out of anger and kinda regretted it after it was out. "Is that what you want?" "Yeah... I guess..." "Okay, well I have a better idea. We could both think about what we could do together, he insisted on that word, and we could meet at my house later this week."

His house? Alone? You aren't sure about that... but since you aren't the one that stand for your opinion. "Yeah let's do this instead." "Perfect! Does Friday after school will be good for you?"
"Yeah sure..." "Good..." An awkward silence was taking between you until one of his friend ask him to come by his teams and you were left alone.

You joined your best friend and told them about the news. "You're going to his house?"
You nodded even if their partner was totally listening to your conversation.

"That's fantastic! Finally!!" You panicked, what if he heard it? "You're going to look breath taking." They winked at you before continuing their work so the teacher won't be upset about you being with them.

~ Friday ~

You never stressed that much in your entire life. What's wrong with you?! He just invited you so you could work on a project, not for anything else. You better stop imagining fake scenarios that will never happen. Your best friend prepared you an outfit to wear, but you are not planning to actually wear it. You'll go casually.

You rang and waited on the doorstep for Seongjun to open the door. It took a long time and it wasn't even him that opened the door. It was his father. "You must be Y/N. I heard a lot about you." "You did?"

He was about to say something else, but then, Seongjun arrived. "Dad, I got this." The oldest left and you were now alone with Seongjun.
"Don't say outside, enter. "

You entered the house and it was really well decorated. "We should go to my room." "Yeah."
You don't feel it, it's going to be a disaster. You weren't comfortable going in his room. You felt like you were invading his privacy.

"How was your day?" "Good... what about yours?" "Better." What does he mean?
"Anyway, did you think about something we could work on?" He asked. "Yeah.." "Oh! What is it?" "Go first..." you never say your idea first and doing it stress you even more.

"No, I'm sure your idea is way better than mine, please." "O..okay." There's a first time for everything right? You were surprised that Seongjun was so kind, it help you get more comfortable. You started explaining your idea and as the words were coming out of your mouth you got excited. It's nice to be able to express ourselves.

"That's really good, but don't you think that we could like changed something?" "Yeah...sure?"
The excitement you felt earlier slowly disappeared and changed into regrets. "The whole idea is really good, but maybe we could add my idea." "No, we should do your idea, forget mine."

"That's not what I'm saying." He defended himself. "I love your idea and I'm only proposing to change it, we don't have to." "Ok."
You kept nodding and took your things to work out of your bag. "Are you mad at me?" He asked you.

"Me? Mad? Not at all. I get your point you're right." You felt your throat getting dry as you talked. "Look Y/N, I didn't mean to insult you by asking that, we just have to go by your idea, I don't mind." "Y/N? You know my name, you half laughed as you remember how he called you in class this week, you didn't insult me, I just realize I was stupid."

"You're not stupid! You're literally the smartest person I've ever met. I'm surprised you still haven't call me an idiot... And yeah, I know your name, why did you thought otherwise?"

"I'm just the quiet Y/G, doesn't I?" The look on his face changed and he bite his lower lips.
"That's not what I meant... Y/N I'm sorry..."
"Don't worry it's okay, let's move on." You just want to end that project fast and never talk to him again. "No it's not, I'm really sorry..." "I said let's work, it's okay."

"No!" He exclaimed. "Why are you so stubborn?!" "Why are you?!" You bite the inside of your cheek and started writing down a cheat. "I can't let this go, because... because I know it hurt you." "It didn't." "I know it did and I can let myself hurt you... you're so precious..."

You looked at him and your eyes were asking for explanations for what he just said. "I like you... a lot... and if I hurt you... I can't pardon myself from that. I'm sorry Y/N." "You're lying, aren't you? You can't like me, I would have know before, the scenario is just too perfect right now, it's not real."

"It is! Why can't you just believe me?!"
"Because!" Seongjun was next to the door since earlier came closer to you and suddenly kissed you. His hands find their place on your waist, but you didn't let yourself go this easily.

You don't want to be played by him even if it would be the easy way, the one you deeply want. He insisted on the kiss, but you didn't answer it, even if you were on the verge to.
"Please." He asked you. Oh and what if it's real? You can't waste a kiss with him, it's now or never. It may never happen again.

You putted your hands in his thick brown hair and he leaned for a kiss again. This time, you fully wanted and didn't mind to be broke if it meant you could taste his raspberry lips once more. If it meant you could feel this weird feeling happening in your stomach. If it meant you could feel loved by him for a second.

"I'm not lying, I have the biggest crush on your since... too long." He whispered in your ear. Your shivered and hugged him, tightly. "Than, you now have me forever and always." He looked at you with sparkling eyes and picked you up before placing you on his bed. He pecked your lips a lot of times before walking away.

"We had to do homework didn't we?" "I think we did." You both laughed and started working.
