Chapter 2: Inappropriate Megaphoning: Christmas Edition!
I wake up & take a quick shower. I change quickly into my loose v-neck shirt, my black jeans, black converse, & a leather jacket. I leave my hair loose. It's all wavy and curly. I walk out & into the kitchen to find Cara already setting up our breakfast. Her hair is down as well and she's wearing a big comfy sweater with dark blue washed out jeans, and combat boots.
"Good Morning my dear loved one!"
She lays the plate of pancakes & bacon on the small kitchen table and serves the orange juice & milk. I sit down & wait for her to sit.
"I can tell you're excited about meeting Jack. Aren't you?"
I say taking a bite of my greasy bacon. The greasiest the better, right?
"Oh my Gryffindor yes! Just imagine we're gonna get married one day, & have two kids named Daphne & Jack Jr.!"
I look at her and laugh, bringing tears to my eyes.
We both finish eating out breakfast, & head out for the day. University is out. We're on Holiday break. I'm glad cause it's been a pain it the butt! Mrs. Glendale keeps nagging me about how I haven't practiced the piano much.
Oh yeah, I haven't told you much about Cara & I.
Well, we're both American born. We moved here to London, about 7 months ago for university, & seeking to be independent. I'm studying music & art, while Cara studies literature & education. We're both 18 and single ;)! We've been making YouTube videos since probably around when we were 16. We've developed quite some fans.
I got a text from Jack during breakfast about meeting them at Starbucks at 10:30. It was 10:28, & we had just arrived.
The doors make a ringing noise as we walk in. We're automatically engulfed in the strong scent of black coffee & pastries. We both look to the sides & don't seem to see the two cuties. That is until I feel someone or some ones say something behind me.
"Hello loves!"
They say in unison. I turn around slowly & I'm face to face with none other than Finn Harries. Oh someone pinch me.
He's biting his lip! I look to the side & see that Jack has already engulfed Cara in a side hug, & I can see she's enjoying it!
"This way girls!"
Jack says as I feel Finn put his hand on my back directing me to a booth in the far corner. We take a seat, Finn by my side and Jack by Cara's.
"So how are you?"
Jack is the first to break the silence.
"Great!"
Cara says. They smile.
"So, what is this video that you two dearly want?"
I ask making sure to sound cheeky! The guys look at me & look back.
"We'll we'd love to make a video about like doing some crazy thing. We've thought about making another video of the 'Inappropriate Megaphoning' one. Probably sing some carols."
I nod as Finn's voice fills me up. He's so cute!!!
"That'd be great!"
Cara says brightly. Finn starts to shift a bit & out of nowhere he takes out these two Christmas jumpers. He hands Jack & Cara green sweaters & he gives me a red one, identical to his.
"Right. So we'll be in groups. Jack & Cara-"
"YES?"
Cara & I both say in unison. I guess they still haven't grown used to the fact that we are both named Cara! Finn smirks & continues.
