"Didnt it take her 2 weeks to notice you?" Lia asked me making me smack my lips.

"So?" I said wanting to open the instagram notification.

"You wanna look like a thirsty bitch? Didn't she text you like 10 minutes ago?" I rolled my eyes.

"Fine. Fine." I groaned putting my phone back down.

"Now, what time you gotta work later?" She asked me.

I'm a tattoo artist, I work at this shop a couple blocks from our house. I've always had a passion for drawing and so I started doing tattoos and it became my passion.

My mom has always been against it because it not a "real job, or career." But it's what I love to do.

"Uhm, at like 7." I looked at my phone seeing it was 6. "DAMN."

I decided to get dressed, the place I worked out doesn't require uniforms. You just have to wear your name tag.

I slipped on a black tank top and some black jeans, I put on my powder blue zip up hoodie that had a sliver skeleton on it before putting on my pastel blue 4's.

I grabbed my name tag and put it on my jacket, grabbing my purse and keys before walking into Lia's room.

"Aye, I'm finna go to work. I'll see you later." She nodded on the phone with someone making me snicker.

I walked out the house getting into my dark blue bmw. I pulled off driving to work.

Once I got there I parked my car in the back coming around the front of the building going inside.

I saw a couple people sitting down in chairs getting tatted, the receptionist at the front.

"Hey Kayla." She smiled making me return the smile.

I walked to my station and started prepping it, washing down the counters, grabbing my stencils and such.

I only had one appointment today which was cool because all I wanted to do was go get some food and go to sleep.
