"So we go to the dance and we find him," Damon said. We all now stood in the living room of the boarding house. Stefan had explained how Klaus had compelled a girl to deliver a message to Elena. He had asked Elena to save him the last dance at the school decade dance this evening. Damon had called Alaric to come over to the boarding house to discuss a plan of action.

"Really? How are we going to do that? We don't even know what he looks like." Stefan said in response as I sipped on my coffee which was supposed to sober me up.

"Something tells me he's not going to be sixteen and pimply," Damon stated and everyone chuckled except for Stefan, who just stood there with his jaw clenched.

"He could be anywhere at any time. He compelled somebody at school." Stefan said as he looked at Elena, Bonnie, Caroline and I, the three tensing at his words, "I guess it's not as safe as you guys thought, huh?" He finished as somebody knocked on the door. I looked up to see Ric entering the house. He walked over to where we all were standing and came stood between Caroline and Elena.

"There you are," Damon said, relieved to see his friend.

"Sorry, I'm late," Alaric replied, looking at everyone in the room. His eyes lingered on me a second longer than everyone. He looked kind of different. Maybe it's the drinking.

"Hey, I need you to put me down as a chaperone at the dance tonight," Damon said to Ric as I finished my coffee and put the cup on the table beside me.

"Wait, wait, wait. What am I missing?" Alaric asked as he looked over to all of us in confusion.

Before anyone could answer, I answered his question, "Klausy Mousy happened." Everybody looked at me in the same way they'd reacted when they found Damon and me on the living room floor, "What? His name sounds cute." I retorted and everyone once again gave me that 'are you serious" look except for Alaric. He was looking at me in amusement and then he did something that he never does. He smirked. What was wrong with him today?

"Yes. Cute. Terrorizing fluffy little bunnies and killing people for fun kinda cute." Damon snickered while Stefan glared at him for the jibe he'd taken at him just now.

"Okay, okay, I apologise. I'm still kinda drunk." I pouted and everybody chuckled. The thought of a man named Klaus terrorizing little bunnies crossed my mind and I burst out laughing while everyone looked at me in confusion, "I'm sorry," I continued while trying to control my laughter, which in turn, made me laugh more loudly, "I just imagined a man named Klaus chasing after bunnies in the woods." I finished and guess what? They once again gave me that look but laughed nonetheless.

"Okay, so we find him and then what? What's our plan of attack?" Elena asked after some time and Bonnie came forward to answer immediately.

"Me. I am the plan. He has no idea how much power I can channel. If you can find him, I can kill him." She replied, looking at everyone in the room.
