--Roses POV--

"Rose, wake up." I opened my eyes and saw my aunt standing over me.

"Hmm? What is it?" I yawned as I realized I fell asleep cuddling with Brady on the couch.

"I'm guessing you were trying to distract yourself. Maybe Brady should get going home." She smiled as she grabbed the paper out of his hand.

"He said he didn't really want to go home. He also said if he's not home at a certain time his dad locks him out of the house so, maybe just let him sleep on the couch?" I stretched as I sat up.

"Oh, that's fine." She bit her lip like she was uncomfortable with something.

"I'll be sleeping in my room, maybe let him stay in the guest room. It's not like I'm going to do anything." I rolled my eyes as I stood up.

"Oh it's not that, I.. you know what. We can talk about it in the morning. Wake him up and get him in a bed. I'd prefer not the guest room though since the springs are breaking through. I'm gonna go to bed." She rubbed her temples and turned around.

"Am I just supposed to have him sleep in my bed then?"

"Sure, just be safe if you do anything. Condoms are in the bathroom." She called out after she walked into her room and closed the door.

"..Okay, night. Love you." I turned to see Brady sleeping peacfully. "Wake up loser." I kicked his leg with a smirk.

"Hm?" He opened his eyes and looked around. "What?" He groaned and laid his head back down.

"I figured you'd like to sleep in a bed. I don't think your dad will let you back in so you can stay with me." I kicked his leg again.

"Oh shit. What time is it?" He pulled his phone from his pocket. "Crap.." He started scrolling.

"So are you going to sleep in here or are you going to go sleep in the yard like a dog?" I smirked as I walked to my door and leaned against the frame.

"Shit.." He said as he sat up and started typing.

"What's the matter?"

"Huh? No, my girlfriend tried calling me like ten time in the last hour."

"Wait, you have a girl friend? How did I not know this?"

"She moved a few years ago. I hardly ever talk to her, or about her. Once a month at most. She's two years older then me but we made it work at first."

"At first?"

"Yeah, like I said. We only talk once a month. It's not that I don't love her but I just wish she could make more effort to talk to me. I'll just text her and let her know I've been busy." He put his phone down and rubbed his eyes.

"So.. did you want to crash in my room with me? My aunt will be pissed if anyone actually sleeps on the couch so that's not an option." I scratched my arm.

"I can ask a buddy if I can stay at his place. If he's still awake anyways."

"No, it's fine. You can stay with me, I don't mind. It's not like we're going to be doing anything anyways. Just for one night will be fine."

"Okay, only because I don't want to drive or argue." He got up and stretched.

"I'll go grab some extra blankets." I let him walk past me into the room as I walked to the guest room and grabbed the blankets off the bed. "So I was thinking maybe we could-" I looked up and saw he was focused on texting.

"What?" He asked as he kicked off his socks and shoes.

"Are you going to be comfortable sleeping in your clothes? I think I have an oversized t shirt you could borrow or something."
