Chapter 4

Kyle's POV
As I'm laying on my bed with my phone in hand I hear loud noises coming from my sister's room. I get up and head there. I lean in the doorframe and see my sister and her best friend talking to Heaven. -"Why are you girls so loud?". Heaven turns around and I see her, she looks different in that small dress of hers, she's hot. She notices me staring at her and and she blushes. -"We're getting ready for the party"- her sister says. -"She's coming with you?"- I ask."Yep"- Kate talks again. I just wanna mess with her even more so I say -"Well that's surprising, she doesn't seem like a party person"- she seems angry. -"Stop talking like I'm not here, and yes I'm going to the party. I don't care if I don't seem like e 'party person' to you."- Heaven says and I laugh. She looks at me and I can tell she's thinking about something. -"Yay we're getting drunk"- my sister says. -"I don't drink"- Heaven says. -"See, you're proving my point"- I say and she rolls her eyes at me.

Heaven's POV
As we walk into the large house where the party is, Kyle walks away without saying anything and disappears in the crowd. My sister and Sophie meet some of their friends and I stand there awkwardly. -"Let's get something to drink"- they say and we walk in the kitchen. There is a big counter in the middle of the room full of red cups and different bottles of drinks. My sister prepares me a drink, I take a sip and it burns my throat, I like it though. -"What is this?"- I ask making a weird face. -"Cherry vodka"- my sister says. -"Oh"- I say taking another sip. -"Stop overthinking sis, just go dance and have some fun. I'll be around so you don't have to worry about anything, this night is yours!"- she says and I nod smiling at her. She disappears into the crowd with her friends and I'm left alone in the kitchen. She is right, I should stop overthinking for once and have some fun. I finish my drink and get another one.

I'm now on my fifth drink and I wanna dance so I walk into the room where most of the people are dancing. At first I feel awkward, making small moves. The music is loud in my ears, I close my eyes and let my body move freely with the rythm of the music. I'm actually having fun but it's probably because of the drinks I had. At the corner of the room I spot Kyle sitting with his friends and his eyes meet mine. I think that this is the right time to show him that I can have fun but first I need a drink. I take a sip from the bottle of the vodka and before I can think twice I climb on a table and I start dancing. I spot him again and he looks at me with confusion on his face, probably because he thought I wouldn't do something like this and to be honest, I never thought that one day I'd be drunk and dancing like this in front of total strangers at a party. Suddenly everyone starts cheering and whistling, I take another sip and dance even more.

Half a bottle of vodka later I start feeling dizzy and my vision goes blurry. As I'm about to fall I feel someone grabbing me by my wrist and carrying me on their shoulder.

Kyle's POV
It's been only three hours and I'm already bored. My friends are talking about something but at this point I really don't care what is it. -"Ayoo bro, who's that chick dancing on the table? She's hot."- one of my friends says. I turn my head and see Heaven dancing with a bottle of vodka in her hand. We make eye contact but she doesn't seem fazed, she's probably drunk. Some assholes start whistling at her and I watch her as she drinks again from the bottle. -"I don't know, she's probably new around here"- my other friend says. -"Kyle, do you know her?"- one of them asks me and I nod. I don't like how intrested they are about her, she's not that special anyway. -"Dude have you fucked her?"- he asks but I don't respond. -"He probably has, he fucks a different girl every night."- the other one says and they both start laughing. -"Shut up asshole"- I say and I start walking towards her. She looks like she's about to pass out. I grab her by her wrist and carry her on my shoulder away from the crowd. -"Heyyyyyyyy put me down"- she says. -"No"- I respond still carrying her. -"Who are you, what do you want from me, put me down nowwww!"- she says screaming. -"Calm down, I'm not gonna fucking hurt you"- I say as I open a random door and go in. The room is empty. -"You smell good"- she says giggling and I throw her on the bed.
