Chapter 21

A few days passed and I haven't actually spent a lot of time with Kyle. Since the school year is about to end, we're both pretty busy, studying for the upcoming exams.

Even though we haven't been able to spend time together, Kyle always found a way to make us feel close to each other.

Sometimes I feel like this is all a lie and that is going to end soon. The thought makes me nervous and sad but I know it's just me overthinking. Kyle has been nothing but perfect.

We actually have plans for today and I'm really excited to see him. Even if I see him every day, I missed him a lot. I want to hug him tight and kiss him.

I decide to dress casual today so I wear a pair of blue mom jeans and a black button front crop top. I do my hair into two french braids, put on some lip gloss and wait for him to come pick me up.

My sister went out with Sophie so they won't be a problem. As I sit there reading a book, I hear the doorbell and get up to open the door as fast as I can.

When I open the door and see him, I immediately hug him tightly. -"Well hello"- he says with a chuckle as he hugs me back. I smile and pull back giving him some space.

"You alright?"- he asks as we walk inside the house. I nod. -"I- I just missed you, that's all"- I admit and he smiles. I look away feeling embarrassed of what I just said.

He doesn't say anything. He just walks towards me and pulls me into his arms. I take a deep breath, taking in his scent. He smells so good!

We stay like this for a while. I try to memorize this moment and every single detail of it. I look up still hugging him and he's already staring down at me.

I look deep within his beautiful eyes trying to find a glimpse of his soul. And there it is, just for a split second, a little sparkle shines into his brown eyes. Is it happiness, is it sadness? I can't really tell.

All I can say is that every time I look into his eyes, I see something different, something new. Something that I can never forget, not even when I'm asleep. To be honest I don't know what it is, but it's so strong..

Kyle's POV

She looks up at me, her eyes never leaving mine as her hands stand around my torso. She seems deep in thought. I wonder what she's thinking.

I begin to rub my hands up and down her back as she continues to stare into my eyes. In a minute or two she snaps out of her thoughts and with a little smile, she stands on her tiptoes.

I lean down and press my lips to hers. Her hand that was around my back is now at the back of my neck as she pulls me closer. I can't get enough of her. I need her more and more every day.

I hear someone clear their throat out of nowhere and Heaven quickly pulls away. We turn around and we're met with our sisters looking at as with wide eyes, amusement is clear in their faces.

We were so drawn to the kiss we didn't even hear the door open. -"Are you gonna say anything or are you just gonna stand there and stare at us like you saw a ghost?"- my sister says in a sassy way.

-"I-.."- Heaven begins to talk. -"We're dating"- I interrupt her not wanting to hide it anymore. Heaven turns to look at me with a questioning look on her face. I wonder why.

"I knew it! I knew something was up with you two. We both did"- my sister says with victory. -"Are you guys okay with it?"- Heaven asks looking at her sister. -"Yes why wouldn't we be okay? Besides, we've been shipping you two from day one"- Kate responds jokingly and then gives me a glare.....Okay...
